We are looking to rehouse our sweet 3 1/2 year old, 40 lb dog. She is an energetic, affectionate dog with a heart full of love and not a mean bone in her body. She adores all people and animals alike, and is definitely a beta dog, making her an ideal companion for families with another dog (or two). She's a snuggler who also loves to stay active. She walks beautifully on leash, knows all the basic commands, and has excellent recall. She's the kind of dog who stays right by your side. She will do best in a home that can give her plenty of attention, daily exercise, and a consistent environment. She has a sensitive nature and some mild anxiety, so activity and love go a long way with her. We unfortunately don't have the bandwidth or lifestyle that allows for us to give her the exercise or attention she deserves. Sweet little Gigi was brought to our doorstep skinny, hungry, and in desperate need of kindness. It appeared she had been surviving on her own for quite some time. At only about a year old, this precious girl had already given birth to a litter of puppies. Please spay and neuter your pets.** No dog should have to face motherhood while struggling to survive. Thankfully, Gigi is now safe with Animal Friends Connection and is finally getting the love and care she deserves. She is living her very best life! Gigi is approximately **1½ years old** and weighs just **11 pounds**. She has a beautiful fawn-colored coat that was a bit sparse when she arrived, but it is already filling in nicely thanks to nutritious food and proper care. She is everything you could hope for in a Pug—adorable, affectionate, and full of personality! Gigi has never met a stranger and wants nothing more than to be by your side. Robbie is an adorable boy! He is a 1-year-old, 19-pound, cream colored, smooth coated, Pug mix (with maybe some Chihuahua). He has the longest curled tail! Robbie was found as a stray by one of our regular dog walkers. He had been roaming her neighborhood and she didn’t have the heart to leave him on the streets. He is sweet, affectionate, and playful! Robbie can be a little on the hyper side as he is a PUG! He does have personality plus. He would be fine as an only dog with lots of human interaction. If there is another dog in the home he is best matched with a calmer dog. He loves toys when you engage him. He loves walks and behaves well on leash. He loves car rides and rides well in the car. This funny pup is named Theodore. He was born 1/2/2025 and originally came to our shelter with 2 littermates. He looks to be a pug that got mixed up with a large breed dog - very unique and nothing we've seen before! He looks like someone hit the "randomizer" option when building this boy. :) He has grown to a hefty 45 lbs, but still remains quite short and stocky. We know someone's out there who would love to have a giant pug! He was adopted as a pup, and unfortunately didn't receive the proper housetraining required for a puppy, so he still is working on that. He is back with us due to his family not being able to provide the proper care and training, as they did not have the time. He spent all his alone time in a crate, so we hope to find a home where he doesn't have to be in one again, and he receives the attention he deserves.He has many good marks on his record that they learned while he was in their home - he is a lovely, social boy who gets along with everyone, and he has many good experiences playing with other dogs his size. He loves a good car ride, and he enjoys a little off-leash running time at the local dog park. He is great on leash for walks as well. His favorite activities include playing fetch, snuggling with his people, and playing with rope toys. Feather or Gus. We are neutered, chipped & vaccinated. We are Pug Schnauzer mix. Mom is 100% Pug & dad is Schnauzer/mini Poodle. We are 4 months old & our days consist of playing & taking naps. We are doing awesome with potty-training. Being 50% pug means we will shed. Even if you think maybe we won't because of our Schnauzer genes, it's better to assume that we will, because pugs shed a lot, so we won't be good in a home w/someone w/allergies. We are very playful. We are not crate-trained, although we do sleep in a playpen w/each other. We’ve never been alone before, so we will probably need to get used to it, or maybe someone will adopt who has a pup friend already. Tell us about yourself.
