Story
Behaviors observed by this animal leads us to state the following:Crosby is a spirited guy with playful energy. He loves to have fun and enjoys spending time with his people. However, Crosby does have some special needs that potential adopters should be aware of. He is a resource guarder, which means he can be very protective of his food and toys. With the right training and guidance, Crosby can learn to feel more secure and relaxed around his belongings. He would thrive in a patient home who understands his needs and is committed to helping him become the best version of himself. Children Recommendation: Adults Only Personality Traits: Walks Well on Leash Easy Going with no barrier**If you are interested in this animal, please contact 209-831-6364 for further information****If you are interested in this animal, please contact a 501c3 Non-Profit Animal Rescue to help facilitate an adoption**

Story
*Petey is bonded with his brother Buddy-Chi and they are looking for a forever home together* Petey was rescued from a homeless situation with his brother Buddy. Petey loves attention and will even tap your shoulder for a little head pet. He loves lounging in the sun, car rides, and couch snuggles. He has mild energy and likes taking walks. Petey does well with dogs and cats and the foster suspects he would do fine with kids. Petey is up to date on all vaccines, neutered, and chipped. All Better World Rescue dogs come with complimentary group or private training to help ensure a successful adoption. If you're interested in Petey (and Buddy) please fill out an application. www.betterworldrescue.org/adoption-application

Story
Are you looking to add to add a lovable pup to your family? Meet Champion. He is a two-year-old, 16.1-pound, Fawn and Black pug. He has an adorable face! The sweet boy was surrendered to AFC because his family could not afford to provide him with quality care. He will need to be kept on quality food and oral flea treatment. Hopefully, that will be enough to manage his mild skin allergies. If not, we do prefer an owner familiar with allergy management. Champion is a sweet and loving boy. He is friendly with everyone he meets. He is good with other dogs. He is a champion walker, lol and loves to ride in the car! He is used to being taken outside when it’s time to go potty. Keeping him on a regular schedule until he knows your household. He is scheduled to be neutered, but we are looking for his home now. He is micro chipped and currently vaccinated. He will make a great addition to a home with or without another dog. Pug Experience required. Here is a list of things that should help us answer you in a more timely manner. 1. When you apply please always use the same email address. If we need to look something up later and you used a different email we are often not able to find it. 2. Adopt a Pet and Petfinders ask you to send us an enquiry. This always delays our response. (Why) a. Our biographies are always very detailed. Therefore sending an enquiry asking us to repeat what it says in the biography causes a lot more work and delays our response. b. We are a small non-profit and do not always have the help to answer as many enquiries as we get. c. Again our Biographies are very detailed and if you just click the link near the bottom of their bio you can fill out an application which we will respond to. 3. For the AFC website (scroll down to the bio at the bottom it says (apply to adopt today- click that link) www.animalfriendsconnect.org 4. For Petfinders ( scroll down to the biography then click the adoption link) http://animalfriendsconnect.org/adoption-application-dogs/ 5. For Adopt a Pet (scroll way down past “Ask about me”) you will see the biography and underneath that will be the adoption questionnaire link.
