Courtesy post Meet Rolo. He is a 12 week old Pug who somehow ended up homeless. Luckily he was quickly placed with a foster to has children, dog and cat so he is well rounded little guy. He is a baby so a home with someone home during the day rather than being alone for 8 to 12 hours per day is very important. Rolo is neutered and has had 2 vaccines. He is on his way to being fully crate trained and is doing great on the potty training. His new family will need to be able and willing to continue with his training. Petey loves attention and will even tap your shoulder for a little head pet. He loves lounging in the sun, car rides, and couch snuggles. He has mild energy and likes taking walks. Petey does well with dogs and cats and the foster suspects he would do fine with kids. Petey is up to date on all vaccines, neutered, and chipped. Dynamic Danny is a sweet and charming one-year-old Pug mix, who is eager to find his forever home. He is the sweetest boy with lots of love to give. Weighing about 14 pounds, he has a tan coat mostly smooth coat that should be easy to care for. Rescued out in the country along with three other dogs—believed to include his mom, Daisy, a French Bulldog/Pug mix, and some siblings from different litters—Danny is a bit shy at first but warms up quickly and enjoys the company of people. He gets along well with other dogs and is in the process of learning leash manners and house training, making good progress with routines like “go potty” and using the doggie door. Danny is scheduled to be neutered soon but is available for adoption now; he is microchipped and vaccinated. We’re looking for a home with breed experience and to help continue his training and socialization. She has a charming personality and the perfect size for travel and cuddles. This sweet girl was brought to AFC as a stray with Frankie (also available to adopt) Frannie is an adorable girl and wants to be your constant companion. Her best placement is an adult or a family home with kind teenagers and another dog to give her the love and guidance she needs as she grows. She is a puppy and will need house training.
