Story
Hey there — I'm Kano GC, a 3-month-old fawn Pug-Chihuahua mix ready for adventure! 🐾 At 9 pounds, I'm the perfect pocket-sized companion who loves meeting new friends — I'm great with cats, dogs, and kids, so I'll fit seamlessly into any loving home. I do have a date with the Dogtor on June 23 to see about removing my baby making bits and correcting my adorable snort! I'm playful and energetic one moment, then the sweetest cuddly companion the next, and I'm smart enough to learn quickly with a little patience. Come meet me and let's start building a lifetime of loyalty and affection together! 💕 Adoption fee locally is $350. Out of State fee with transport is $650.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi!! I’m Petey! I’m an adorable pug/Dachshund mix, and I made my way here after a stay at Bandera Animal Control—but honestly, I’m just focused on the good stuff now… like PLAYTIME. I’ve got a big personality packed into a little body, and I’m full of energy and fun. I LOVE to play. Toys? Yes, please—all of them. I’ll chase them, toss them, and keep myself (and you) entertained. I’ve always got a little bounce in my step, and I’m happiest when I’m running around or right in the middle of whatever you’re doing. I’m super friendly and love everyone I meet, so making new friends is kind of my thing. I do get excited (okay, really excited), and I might bark to let you know just how happy I am—but that’s just me being me! Life is exciting, and I’m here for it. After I’ve burned off some energy, I’m more than happy to hang out and soak up attention. I just love being part of the action. I might need a little help with potty training at first, but I’m a smart guy and with some patience and consistency, I’ll get the hang of it in no time. My adoption fee is $400. If you want to take me home, apply at www.adoggie4you.org. I’m currently in Texas, but I can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, KY, and along the East Coast. If I need a ride to you, there’s an additional $225 transport fee. I can’t go to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state rules.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 22, 2026, 1:52 pm

Story
Welcome Kiwi to CCPAL Rescue. Kiwi is a 10-week-old Pug mixed pup. She is a beautiful fawn color with a black muzzle. She has an underbite and a shortened nose. She is a smallest-sized pup in the liter. She should be 20 or 25 pounds full grown is our best estimate. They all have curly tails and the round adorable heads. Kiwi is the most outgoing and friendly in the group. She always comes when you call and wants to be picked up. They are all affectionate and cuddly. They are very playful with their siblings. They go on a wee pad but are not fully potty trained. They are good in a crate and are getting regular attention and love at the Rescue. We don’t have the privilege of adopting out many pugs. We are excited to find the pug pups their forever home. We would love pug people for these pups, as they know the breed most. They will be spayed and neutered and ready for their forever home soon. Someone that doesn’t work all day every day is the best candidate for a puppy. These pups would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older as these pups are small and very trusting of everyone. Kiwi is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org See her cute video!!

Story
At 6 years old, Adelle knows exactly what she likes. Soft beds. Snacks. Cuddles. Being close to her person. Affection on demand. And if youre sitting down? She firmly believes theres a very good chance she should be sitting with you. What Adelle doesnt particularly care for is sharing. Recently surrendered when her owner could no longer keep her, Adelle is a pug with confidence, character, and a few very strong opinions. She can coexist with other dogs, but if she had her way, shed be your one and only. Adelle can be protective of her favorite people and her food, and she isnt shy about making her feelings known. But beneath that confident exterior is a girl who loves deeply. Once Adelle decides youre her person, shes all inhappy to spend her days by your side, supervising your every move and making sure youre never short on companionship. Adelle has now completed her initial veterinary exam and is officially available for adoption. Her vaccines are up to date, shes started her weight-loss journey, and shell be arriving in the Seattle area from Eastern Washington on June 25. Once here, shell receive a much-needed dental as part of her continued care. Shes crate trained, loves to snuggle, and currently carries a few extra poundsso for now, you may hear her before you see her. Between the loud breathing, legendary snores, and classic pug sounds, Adelle always makes her presence known. As if she werent memorable enough already, Adelle is also a proud member of the Winky Pug Club. One of her eyes is malformed, giving her a permanent little wink that makes her impossible not to love. Adelle is looking for someone who appreciates a pug with personality, loyalty, and just the right amount of sass. She may not want to share her personbut shell happily give that person her whole heart. Please visit our website to learn more about this amazing pug and begin the adoption process!

Story
Marshals story is one we wont soon forget. When this sweet 3-year-old boy first came into rescue, the condition he was in was heartbreaking. He was absolutely covered in fleasso severely that during his first bath, the water turned black. Getting him to safety felt like a monumental win, and for many of us, it was an emotional moment that brought tears to our eyes. And yet, through everything he had endured, Marshal showed us nothing but gentleness. Despite arriving with a serious eye injury that ultimately required removal of one eye, Marshal has never let his past define him. He adjusted beautifully and moves through life with quiet confidence, grace, and resilience. Marshal is calm, affectionate, and incredibly easy to love. He has a soft, steady presence that makes people feel instantly at ease. He enjoys being near his people, loves a cozy nap, andin one of his most endearing quirksactually enjoys spending time in his crate, treating it as his own safe little sanctuary. Marshal is the kind of dog who reminds you how remarkable resilience can be. His journey may have started with hardship, but his future deserves nothing less than comfort, love, and the forever home hes waited for.
