Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Pugs Bunny! Pugs Bunny is a sweet, gentle boy who is ready to hop right into your heart! This handsome pup was found as a stray, and while we don't know much about his past, he's already shown us what a wonderful companion he can be. Pugs Bunny has a calm, quiet nature and a submissive personality, but also has a playful side to him. He enjoys playing with other dogs and would love a canine friend to romp around with, but he's just as happy relaxing by your side. He's looking for a patient family who will help him learn the ropes of living in a home, including potty training. Because his history is unknown, we aren't sure how he does with children or cats, so slow, supervised introductions would be recommended. Pugs Bunny is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, 4DX negative, and current on ProHeart 12 and Bravecto, so he's ready to head home with his new family. Adoption fee: $400 If you think Pugs Bunny could be the perfect addition to your family, apply today at www.adoggie4you.org. Brooks is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and locations along the East Coast for an additional $250 transport fee. Due to state regulations, we cannot transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 9, 2026, 3:09 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Gus – Your New Best Friend!  Gus is a lovable Pug mix with a heart as sweet as they come. Through no fault of his own, he found himself owner surrendered to a shelter, but he's ready to leave that chapter behind and find the forever family he deserves. This gentle boy loves being close to his people and enjoys simply sharing your company. Gus is happiest when he's nearby. He's also fantastic with other dogs. Since arriving at the rescue, Gus has shown very little anxiety and has settled in nicely. Like many dogs, he'll benefit from a patient family who will give him a little time to adjust to his new surroundings.  We were told when being owner surrendered, the Gus is potty trained and does know how to use a bell to alert when needing to use the bathroom.  Gus is neutered, 4DX negative, microchipped, current on all vaccinations, and protected with ProHeart 12 and Bravecto.  His adoption fee is $400. To apply to adopt Gus, visit www.adoggie4you.org. Story
Derp was removed from a neglectful situation with several other dogs. They all had horrible demodectic mange and took quite some time to get cleared up. Derp still has some thin spots but I believe at this point he's reached his hair growth potential. This guy has the absolute best and most hilarious personality. He will have you cracking up constantly!

Story
Animal Information:  Dale is a one-year-old Pug who found himself at the SBC shelter (along with his Pug buddy Brennan) as a stray. When no one came to claim them, we knew we had to bring them into rescue. At 25 pounds each, these adorable boys have the sweetest, smuggest little faces, perfect curly tails, and personalities to match. Friendly, happy, and full of charm, Brennan and Dale are ready to steal hearts throughout the Pacific Northwest. Foster Profile: Dale is a very happy and confident guy! He is playful with other dogs, delighted to meet adults and very gentle with kids. He has puppy energy and  jumps up with excitement (we are working on that) but he will also settle down with you for a snooze on the couch. Dale likes his stuffies and tug toys too! He is quiet in his crate all night, and appears to be housetrained. He is cordial, approachable and would fit in with many types of homes and families.  Most of all he wants to be with his where the action is. He will want to be in the middle of what ever his family is doing.  Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, heartworm test, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization (ID 81-5101166). Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was transferred from SBC Shelter in partnership with ARF. He will be transferred via TNT transport, arriving to foster care on 7/2/26 and available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.July 9, 2026, 7:37 pm

Friendly, happy, and full of charm, Brennan and Dale are ready to steal hearts throughout the Pacific Northwest. Foster Profile:  Meet Brennan. He is the most adorable, goofy, clumsy, and loviest little dude you will ever meet. His primary purpose in life is to be your constant companion. Whether that means enjoying the beautiful summer weather chasing the birds and squirrels or being cozy on the couch. Brennan is potty trained, working on being crate trained, and learning basic commands. He is very people friendly and in true pug form, snores like a freight train. And did I mention he has the cutest snaggle tooth? Story
Animal Information: Percy is a 3-year-old, 11-pound pug/Chihuahua mix who was rescued from a confiscation case in Southern California. Shelter life was a little overwhelming for him at first, but with patience and kindness, Percy quickly began to show his true personality. Once he felt safe, he charmed the staff with his gentle nature, happy tail wags, and adorable little underbite. He also did wonderfully with his kennel mates, showing himself to be a friendly and easygoing companion. Thanks to a foster stepping up, Percy has been enjoying a cozy temporary home while waiting for his freedom ride to Seattle. Now he’s ready for the next chapter of his life  Foster Profile:  Percy is a very sweet and mellow pup. He’s shy with new people but will accept treats. He absolutely loves to sit with you and his default move is to roll on his back for belly rubs. Warning: you may have to extract him when it’s time to tackle your todo list.    He’s quite comfortable in his crate, day or night. Loves to take walks and has played well with another dog. He is continuing to learn family routine and rules. He has really great eye contact at home and on walks and is working to understand sit and other basic commands.   A mellow temperament like his would be well suited to a variety of families with or without other dogs.   He’s a super affectionate dog that prioritizes his humans and would be a good match if an “easy” dog is what you need to keep calm and carry on.   More to come as we continue to get to know him in foster care. Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History:  This dog was transferred from Stanislaus Animal Shelter in Modesto, CA. He will be transferred via START, arriving to foster care on 06/11/26 and available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care. July 9, 2026, 7:37 pm
