Story
Welcome Johnny to CCPAL Rescue. Johnny is a 10-week-old Pug mix puppy. He is a beautiful tan color with a black muzzle. He has an underbite and a shortened nose. He is a bigger-sized boy pup in the liter. He should be 20 or 25 pounds full grown is our best estimate. He is a laid-back boy and was easy to take photos with. They all have curly tails and the round adorable heads. Johnny is one of two boys in the litter. He was the last puppy to come out of his kennel as he was enjoying his nap. He was very workable and stood stil and sat willingly on the table for the photo shoot. They are all affectionate and cuddly. They are very playful with their siblings. They go on a wee pad but are not fully potty trained. They are good in a crate and are getting regular attention and love at the Rescue. We don’t have the privilege of adopting out many pugs. We are excited to find the pug pups their forever homes. We would prefer pug people for these pups, as they know the breed best. They will be spayed and neutered and ready for their forever homes soon. Someone that doesn’t work all day every day is the best candidate for a puppy. These pups would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older as these pups are small and very trusting of everyone. Johnny is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1869 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org See his cute video!!

Story
Paco was left behind and abandoned, his story almost ending before it truly began. Thankfully, a kind-hearted Good Samaritan stepped in, and with the help of Church of Pug, Paco was given the second chance he deserved. Despite everything hes been through, Pacos heart remains wide open. He is incredibly sweet, loves other dogs, and is gentle and friendly with people of all kinds. Theres no bitterness in him just a quiet, hopeful love for the world around him. Paco is the kind of dog who reminds you how resilient and forgiving they can be. All he wants now is what he should have had all along a safe, loving home where he can finally have his happily ever after.

Story
Hi, Im Cosmo and yes, I fully intend to steal your heart. Im a sweet Pug boy with a second chance at life after being saved from a high-kill shelter. I definitely know my future involves cozy beds, yummy snacks, and a family to love forever! Im a happy, friendly guy who does great with other dogs and loves being part of the fun. Whether its playtime, cuddle time, or just following you around like your adorable little shadowIm all in. Kids? I think theyre pretty great too. Now, I do have one small quirk cats. Lets just say I think theyre very interesting and I might try to chase them, so a cat-free home would be best for me. What I do promise is a lifetime of love, loyalty, and lots of silly pug antics. Im the kind of boy who will greet you like youve been gone for yearseven if its just been five minutesand happily snuggle up with you at the end of the day. If youre looking for a best friend whos equal parts playful, loving, and irresistibly cute Im your guy. Love, Cosmo
