Welcome Kiwi to CCPAL Rescue. Kiwi is a 10-week-old Pug mixed pup. She is a beautiful fawn color with a black muzzle. She has an underbite and a shortened nose. She is a smallest-sized pup in the liter. She should be 20 or 25 pounds full grown is our best estimate. They all have curly tails and the round adorable heads. Kiwi is the most outgoing and friendly in the group. She always comes when you call and wants to be picked up. They are all affectionate and cuddly. They are very playful with their siblings. They go on a wee pad but are not fully potty trained. They are good in a crate and are getting regular attention and love at the Rescue. We don’t have the privilege of adopting out many pugs. We are excited to find the pug pups their forever home. We would love pug people for these pups, as they know the breed most. They will be spayed and neutered and ready for their forever home soon. Someone that doesn’t work all day every day is the best candidate for a puppy. These pups would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older as these pups are small and very trusting of everyone. Kiwi is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Say hello to Archie! Archie is a 3-year-old English Bulldog who came to us an owner surrender as his owner was not able to care for him. Prior to coming to us, he lived much of his life in a crate where he was not well socialized or cared for. Archie has made huge strides since going into his foster home and we have found that he forms a deep and loving bond with his person, and we think he would do best in a home with one owner. He is looking for a confident, experienced owner who will spend time to help him reach his full potential. Archie is happy with other dogs, and would do fine with other dogs in the home but is best suited to a home without children and without a lot of foot traffic. He does well in a crate, and he is also house broken. Archie has quite the personality and loves to go for a ride in the car. In addition to car rides, he absolutely loves his toys and will entertain himself for hours on end. Archie is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $400.

This handsome guy is the total package ~ sweet, social, and full of love to give! Bean is incredibly affectionate and loves nothing more than cuddling up on the couch with his people. He’s house-trained, well-mannered in the home, and truly thrives on being part of the family. He’s a social butterfly who loves meeting new people and getting out and about ~ he just wants to be included in the action! He does great with other dogs and will need another dog in the home as a playmate and companion. Bean loves to play and can be a bit rough and rowdy, so he’ll do best with a dog who can match his play style and energy. Bean is a strong boy and is still working on his leash manners, so he’ll need a confident handler who can manage his strength and continue his training. He’s very eager to engage and loves being out in the world, so continued socialization and structure will be important for him. Because of his needs, Bean is looking for a standalone home with a securely fenced yard where he can safely play and burn off energy. He would do best with a home where someone is around often or can take him along on outings, as he doesn’t love being left alone for long periods ~ he truly just wants to be with his people and his dog buddy. As a bonus, Bean even loves bath time and happily soaks up the attention (including towel dries!). He’s a happy, loyal, loving dog who will make an incredible companion for someone ready to include him in their daily life.
