Meet Rocky! Sweet Rocky is a prize! This lovely 5 year old Pug/Chihuahua mix is looking for a forever home. He is an incredibly sweet and snuggly boy, who likes dogs and children. He does not love being alone and will want to be with his humans as much as possible. He is good on a leash and loves long walks, is house trained, and sleeps well at night in his crate (dream dog!). Rocky is vaccinated, neutered and chipped. Welcome Kiwi to CCPAL Rescue. Kiwi is a 10-week-old Pug mixed pup. She is a beautiful fawn color with a black muzzle. She has an underbite and a shortened nose. She is a smallest-sized pup in the liter. She should be 20 or 25 pounds full grown is our best estimate. They all have curly tails and the round adorable heads. Kiwi is the most outgoing and friendly in the group. She always comes when you call and wants to be picked up. They are all affectionate and cuddly. They are very playful with their siblings. They go on a wee pad but are not fully potty trained. They are good in a crate and are getting regular attention and love at the Rescue. We don’t have the privilege of adopting out many pugs. We are excited to find the pug pups their forever home. We would love pug people for these pups, as they know the breed most. They will be spayed and neutered and ready for their forever home soon. Someone that doesn’t work all day every day is the best candidate for a puppy. These pups would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older as these pups are small and very trusting of everyone. Kiwi is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Carson is a 3-year-old lovebug who came to us from Skid Row in California. His beginnings may have been rough, but somehow, he never let them change his incredibly sweet spirit. Carson was surrendered by a person experiencing homelessness who was no longer able to care for him, giving this special boy a chance at a very different life. He is playful, affectionate, and absolutely loves being loved. These days, Carson is happily trading sleeping on concrete for soft beds, plenty of snuggles, and all the spoiling his foster family can give him. He's discovering what it means to feel safe, comfortable, and cherished-and he's soaking up every minute of the life he should have always had. Welcome Johnny to CCPAL Rescue. Johnny is a 7-month-old Pug mixed pup. He is a beautiful tan color with a black muzzle. He has an underbite and a shortened nose. He is a bigger-sized boy pup in the liter. He weighs about 15 pounds now and will be a small dog full grown. He has an adorable underbite and is great with other dogs. He is active but not over the top. He has the curly tail like the traditional pug but maybe the curl is less tight. He is a laid-back boy and was easy to take photos with. They all have curly tails and the round adorable heads. Johnny is one of two boys in the litter. He was the last puppy to come out of his kennel as he was enjoying his nap. He was very workable and stood still and sat willingly on the table for the photo shoot. They are all affectionate and cuddly. They are very playful with their siblings. Johnny is social and would be a great dog to take to the local coffee shop. He loves all people and is call in loud situations. They go on a wee pad but are not fully potty trained.
