Story
Meet Raptor, the puppy who likes to pretend he’s the cool, calm, collected member of the group… until you get him one-on-one. Around the other puppies, Raptor acts like the laid-back observer. But the moment he has you to himself? Surprise! The chill guy disappears and the attention-loving goofball comes out. If you stop petting him, he will absolutely let you know about it. Raptor believes attention should be continuous and uninterrupted. His favorite hobby is shoe sabotage. Raptor specializes in sneaking up while you're standing there minding your business and carefully untying your shoelaces. It’s a very important job and he takes it seriously. Raptor gets along well with his siblings and lives with four adult dogs and four cats. The dogs are cool with him, and he would very much like to be friends with the cats… but the cats have not yet approved his application. If you're looking for a puppy who is equal parts chill, silly, affectionate, and mildly mischievous, Raptor is ready to keep you entertained. Local adoption fee is $250(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Hi, my name is Chimenea! If I had to describe myself, I would say I am funny, playful, and happy. I love going for walks, playing with stuffed toys, running, and even car rides. I dream of finding a home where I get lots of love, regular walks, and maybe even a friendly female dog as a companion. I do best in a home without small children, and I am ready to give all my love to the right family. I was rescued after wandering the streets for many days, and now I have been waiting 2 years for someone special. This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. As a U.S. nonprofit, Hope 4 La Pawz, handles all logistics and provides full behavioral and medical info in advance.

Story
Hi, I'm Louie! I'm a playful, curious, and very sociable puppy. I love going for walks, chewing on toys or sticks, and taking long naps in the shade. I was dumped at a friend's house when I was about eight weeks old. I was clean and healthy, so I don't think I ever lived on the streets.I'm growing into a medium-sized dog, and I get along great with other dogs. I've never met a cat, so I'm not sure how I'd react. My ideal home has a yard to run in, people who will spend lots of time with me, and other dogs to play with. I wouldn't do well in a home where I'm left alone for long periods or where people don't interact with me. I'm loving, energetic, and ready to grow up with a family who adores me.This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. Story
Hi, my name is Iron. I am a happy, playful, and very loving dog. I enjoy running, playing, and teasing my dog siblings just to make everyone laugh. I would love a home with a big yard and an active person who likes to walk, hike, or do any sport where I can come along. I do great with other dogs, and having siblings helps me stay entertained and joyful.I was found after being hit by a car, with a fractured tibia and femur. I was rescued, treated, and given a second chance. Now I walk and play like any other dog, and I am full of life. I know how to sit and come when called, and I try my best to be obedient because I love making my person happy.I am loyal, energetic, and ready to be your best friend. This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. Story
Meet Binky! Oh this girl is so special! Binky arrived with us after being rescued from a cage in a breeder's backyard. That cage was all she had ever known so she was quite shut down at first. Over the past few months in our care, she has learned that humans are kind, walks are fun and life can be pretty great.  Binky is still quite timid and easily startled but she is the most gentle and kind girl. She loves affection and will gently paw you to keep the pets going. She likes to be close to you and does not love too much alone time, but she can also just comfortably snooze on the couch while you are working. She does not chew things inappropriately and is quite well potty trained. She will do best in a more quiet residential area. She may get a bit spooked in very busy or noisy areas.  Binky gets along with other dogs but does not really know how to play with them. She prefers that they don't get in her face and then she will happily co-exist. She is best in a home with older kids (over 10 only) because younger kids may startle her with sudden movements. She is not suitable for a home with cats. Our entire team adores Binky. She is the sweetest girl and deserves a loving home of her own. She is vaccinated, spayed and chipped. Her adoption fee is $450  We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon! Story
Meet Nova! Nova is an affectionate dog who is sweet, affectionate, a cuddler, walks well on a leash, dog friendly, and kid friendly. She is a five year old Decker Rat Terrier who has a pleasant disposition and is learning life in the inside of a home. Nova is friendly, gentle and playful and isn't one for being a couch potato.   She loves plush squeaky things! She will mouth them for a while and fetch them. Tug of war is also fun with her. Nova loves her people and will give as many kisses as you will receive.   She does well with other dogs with slow introductions and is playful and engaging with them once she feels comfortable. Nova has spent most of her life outside in a kennel. She has done very well with potty training and has the hang of it now. She is still learning to be alone at times, so her foster family is working on crate training with lots of positive reinforcement. She remains calmer if she can see her human. If she cannot see her human, she is persistent at letting her needs be known that she needs to see someone. At the moment we are crate training a few hours at a time and at night. Overall, Nova is super sweet and would do well in a home with a family or another dog. She currently lives with children between 6-12 in her foster home and does well with them. No cats for Nova! She does not prefer someone who has extensive time away. She is very curious about little humans and loves to chase or squeeze a toy. She is the kind of girl who will cherish someone near her at all times. Nova is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $450 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🌟🐾 Meet Astrid — CEO of Puppy Shenanigans & Professional Explorer 🐾🌟 Female • 3 Months Old • Future Perfect Medium Size If you’ve been looking for a happy, curious, tail-wagging bundle of puppy joy, allow us to introduce Astrid — a 3-month-old adventurer who wakes up every day convinced the world was created specifically for fun, snacks, and exploring absolutely everything. Astrid is a typical loving-life puppy, which means her daily schedule looks something like this: • Wake up • Zoom around like she just drank three espressos • Investigate mysterious leaves • Wrestle with dog friends • Practice being adorable • Take a dramatic nap • Repeat She’s very social, great with other dogs, and absolutely loves having playmates. If there’s another dog around willing to run, wrestle, or engage in competitive zoomies, Astrid is 100% on board. She also loves being outside exploring the big ole world — sniffing trails, investigating sticks, chasing leaves, and generally making sure no blade of grass goes unexamined. Hiking buddy in training? Definitely. Astrid loves people too, but it’s only fair to give you the official puppy disclaimer: she still comes equipped with those sharp little puppy nails and tiny shark teeth. Not malicious — just enthusiastic. The good news is she’ll grow out of that stage with a little guidance and training. Cats are currently unknown, but with her young age and proper introductions, she should adapt just fine. Astrid would be happiest with a family that enjoys being active and including their dog in the fun — walks, hiking, camping trips, backyard adventures, neighborhood strolls, and of course couch cuddles once the day’s exploring is done. Because life with Astrid will include: • Daily laughter • Random zoomies • Toy explosions • Surprise puppy kisses • And a whole lot of love In other words… exactly what puppyhood should be. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Astrid bring the adventures, the laughs, and the puppy chaos (the cute kind) into your life. 🐶💛
