Just 90 pounds of "OH MY GOSH IS THIS A PERSON?! I LOVE PEOPLE!!" He greets the world with the enthusiasm of a puppy who somehow woke up in the body of a small horse. If he puts your hand in his mouth when he says hello, don't panic—it's his awkward way of saying, "I HAVE SO MANY FEELINGS!" He's never learned that not everyone appreciates that level of excitement. We are working on it! Leash manners? Let's call them... a work in progress. House manners? Also under construction. Personal space? He's never heard of her. He may leave a little slobber behind, but he'll also leave a smile on your face. And the best part? Rowdy digs his treatos, which means he's ready to learn—he just needs someone willing to teach him that being a polite gentleman is just as rewarding as being the life of the party. Under all that goofy energy is a genuinely sweet boy who wants nothing more than to love his people. This smart girl is house-trained, crate-trained, and was professionally trained at Rucker's Dog Training, where she learned excellent manners and many commands. She was found as a stray and brought to Walton Animal Control, where her future was far from guaranteed. Thankfully, we were able to rescue her just in time. Rehoming her is heartbreaking, but I am moving to the Philippines and want to place her with a home that will love her as much as I do. Buffy loves other dogs, does well with children, and wants to be near her people. She would happily cuddle in bed now and then, but she is adaptable and will respect household rules. She has the loyal, intelligent, protective temperament people want in a Rottweiler, with a deep bark that deters intruders without constant barking. She has no health problems, has worked with two trainers, knows 5 commands, walks 3+ miles a day, and has been raised with care. Best of all, I will continue paying her Lemonade health insurance for life. She is established with Banfield, which has locations nationwide. Buffy is an exceptional companion and a beautiful, loving family dog. I will miss her.
