She wakes up every morning, and says she’ll rise, but no promises on the shine. She’s always dressed to the nines, accessorized, and wearing bright pink lipstick. The kids on the street think she’s mean because she yells at them for riding their bikes in front of her house. Do something she doesn’t like and she might just stare you down with a look like she just sucked on a lemon. We were told she’s a Shih Tzu, but her DNA test might come back as 99% sass and 1% Shih Tzu.Bailey came to All 4 Paws when her owner passed away and she lost the only home she’d ever known. At this point in her life, she’s looking for a safe place to live out her days, and isn’t very interested in making new friends. She likes to go for walks and does well on leash, and is mostly house trained when kept to a routine. She sleeps soundly through the night, most happy in a bed or on the couch. She can coexist with others (two- and four-legged) who give her space. While we wouldn’t call what she does snuggling, she does occasionally use her humans as a warm place to curl up.She is looking for an adopter who is willing to love her for her, and won’t expect much in return. We know she will be grateful for the care that will be provided to her in her golden years; she just isn’t likely to show it. All this old broad needs is a soft place to land and live out her life.All our pets are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting?
