Gary is a 12 year old orange tabby cat. We have had him since he was a kitten. Gary is a very very very affectionate cat. He prefers to be with humans 24/7. He is happiest when someone is petting him. As Gary's parents, we love him, but our living situation is changing and won't be able to take him with us. Gary mostly uses the litter box, but sometimes, when we leave him alone at home for a couple days, he scolds us by urinating on a pee pad we leave by the door, no where else, and only when we leave him at home alone. Gary has no special needs, just love, love and more love.

Mett Flory! Flory was born to an abandoned mom cat in August 2024. This quiet, brown tabby female is friendly with trusted folks, avoidant of strangers, and is affectionate on her terms. She watches for you at the window, greets you at the door, ankle rubs, and follows you. At this stage she doesn’t want to be held or stay in your lap. She enjoys brushing and likes to sit in front of you, watching you. She is treat motivated, Flory plays with cat toys by herself and interactive ones with you. She enjoys watching wildlife out the window. She has met kids and finds them too busy and active, so she hides. Flory would enjoy another cat for a companion after proper introductions. She needs a patient adopter willing to build her trust. She has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Siblings are available. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/ If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. Meet Faith! This mellow, gray tabby female older kitten tolerates being held upright for a short while. Faith is friendly with trusted folks, shy of strangers and is affectionate on her terms. Faith was born to a stray mom cat in August 2024 and she received no medical care for an eye infection, which claimed one eye. She watches for you at the window, and purrs on contact. At this stage she prefers to sit next to you. Faith plays with cat toys by herself and interactive ones with you. She enjoys watching wildlife out the window. She hasn’t met kids, but if they are patient, calm and kind, she should be fine. She would enjoy another cat for a companion after proper introductions. This cute boy is in need of a new home. I’ve had Simba for about 2 weeks after adopting him from a previous family and he’s in need of someone who has more free space and possibly children. He’s a very sweet boy who loves to be pet and cuddled. I personally work long 12hr shifts and feel that I can’t give him the attention he requires. Rehoming immediately if possible.

Hi hi! This is Six, he is a little over 1 year old and we are trying to find him a new home. I got him when he was just 4 weeks old and have been raising him alone ever since. Because I am moving to be closer to family, as much as I would love to, I unfortunately will not be able to keep him in my care any longer. Which is why we are looking for a new family for him. Six is a very lively cat, he’s very communicative, friendly, and absolutely loves cuddles. He also is a very social cat and enjoys the company of other animals. He is a little shy and it takes him a while to warm up to people, but he is such a sweetheart once you get through to him.

We have had Sunny since he was 3 months old, and he is now 11. He is a big cuddly cat with many vocalizations. He enjoys being outdoors part of the time even in cold weather, and is a great hunter, jumper and climber. Great bed snuggler. He is very good about using the litter box. For about the past two years, he has had occasional cysts on his face and around his eyes, which the vet says are not cancerous. No special diet, although he enjoys treats and table scraps. He has anxiety about going in the cat carrier to the vet, and would benefit from mild sedation for those trips. He is initially wary of strangers but warms up quickly. Afraid of dogs. Unknown how he would interact with young children.

Hi! My name is Colin and I am from Minnesota! From his foster: Colin is the king of making biscuits! He originally came from an overcrowding situation and was a little shy at first, but once he came out of his shell he became super affection and sweet. He loves being around people and will rub his head on you to show affection. He LOVES playing with his foster sister cat, gets along great with our dog, and loves to jump on your leg to greet you. He gets the cutest zoomies around the house, but also loves to just chill in bed. He would do great in a house with other cats that like to play and people to give him plenty of affection and attention!

Lucky is a very sweet boy. He loves your attention. He can be shy at first, he has been in a few hissy fits with my daughter’s big black 4-year-old cat. He used to live with Boots and got along pretty well with him when we were fostering him. He loves to play with his toys; he gets the zoomies. He sleeps wherever he can find a place, makes his biscuits. He does need regular nail trims, or his nails will get really sharp. He is missing a few teeth but has no problems eating dry food or wet food, which he gets a little wet food every night around 7pm.
