Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi!  My name is Roo (DOB: 4/1/2016) but my foster mom calls me Louie because I like it so much more!  You know that song, "Louie Louie" by the Kingsmen, me and foster mom love listening to that song together!  She even sings it to me too but don't tell her that she doesn't have the best singing voice!  But that doesn't matter to me, I just love spending time with my human.  It is absolutely my favorite thing in the entire world, second is definitely making biscuits, and third is watching the cool world outside.  I'm just once of those guys that always has a positive outlook on everything no matter the situation.  I'm a pretty chill dude that would much rather lounge around then spending a ton of time chasing toys or feature wands.  Every once in a while the mood with of course strick but ultimately giving loving head boops is way better.  I can also be chatty sometimes but mainly only when I have something really important to say, like, "hey foster mom, this bowl needs some food!"  I get along just fine with other mellow dogs and cats as long as you give me enough time to adjust, new places and things can be overwhelming so I just need time to settle in.  I mean ultimately foster mom says I am absolutely amazing and one of the sweetest kitties she has ever met.  That is some high praise if I do say so myself! And while I am this absolutely amazing boy, I sure have been through a lot in my short life.  When I was born, my right ulna didn't develop which has left me with a slightly crooked arm.  It doesn't hurt at all but it does make it harder for me to get around quickly.  And for that reason, I was actually hit by a car when I was just a baby.  Luckily I am very tough though and survived with a slightly misaligned jaw and some other cracks and bruises that have since healed up.  Because of my jaw I do need help with grooming sometimes to keep my coat nice and pretty.  I sure am glad Wags and Whiskers took me in so I could find my furrever home someday.  I was doing very well for quite a while but started eventually having accidents outside of the litterbox.  We determined this was due to chronic pancreatitis.  So Wags went to work finding the best treatment possible for me.  Right now I take a daily prednisone to help keep the inflammation down, am on a prescription GI food to get me plenty of calories and to help my poops, as well as pumpkin puree daily for the added fiber.  This has all helped tremendously and I make it to the litterbox most of the time now (I'd say about 90% of the time).  That being said, I'm not perfect and my forever person will have to be accepting of my accidents and keep me on this strict regimen.  Having multiple litterboxes around the house definitely helps me as well.  I also prefer litterboxes with soft towels in them when I need to urinate as well because it is easier on my paws.  I am a creature that prefers comfort, can you honestly blame me.  I definitely have very specific needs but I know the right person is out their for me.  If you are ready to open your heart and home to a special needs kitty, I'd love to meet you.      Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in adopting this lovable animal? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, I’m Niko. My date of birth is 12/4/23 . If you’re looking for the master of cuddles that also twilight’s as a jungle panther, look no further…I’m your guy. I am loving, seek out affection, and enjoy being wherever you are. I love a lazy afternoon of cuddling and you’ll be amazed at how fast being in the sun puts me to sleep. Is there anything better than a good sunny window?   I love to play. My favorite toy is the laser pointer. I can play by myself just fine, but I also love playing with other cats, or when you join me. At night, I prefer to sleep next to you....apologies in advance for mistaking your feet for mice that want me to catch them. I call this game "blanket monster."   In my foster home there are two little kids and a baby. I do great with them! The only thing they don’t like, is when I play that blanket monster with their feet at night. Oops. I live with 3 cats and a very big dog. I do fine with everyone. I'm very chill.    I use the litterbox perfectly too. Basically, I’m a catch.    There is nothing cooler than a slick black panther cat. Apply to meet me today, I promise you won’t be disappointed!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in adopting this lovable animal? Story
Romeo was adopted from the humane society when he was a kitten. He is a very adventurous 1 year old cat and LOVES to be outdoors. He hasn't ever wandered too far when outside, but unfortunately we do not have a place for him to be able to go outdoors safely. He would love to go on walks or outdoor adventures. He also enjoys playing with different toys. He is very sweet when he gets his energy out and will curl up with you at night. Romeo is vocal and will let you know when he wants attention. Unfortunately, he needs to be on a special diet but is otherwise healthy. If you are interested, please reach out for more information.

Story
Freddy is a very sweet boy. He loves to sit in a lap and cuddle. He likes to watch birds out the window. Freddy is young and still playful. Freddy is terrified of dogs. He once scratched up his foster mom because dogs nearby were barking and he thought he was going to be hurt. Freddy was found outside but had clearly belonged to someone once. He did have an entropian eyelid that was surgically repaired when he was neutered. He is just fine now. Please come meet Freddy. Call 952 855-6495.

Story
Magic is coming from a home where allergies got to worse instead of better. (Full story at end) Magic loves to look out windows, chase hair ties across the floor and dry food and liquid broth foods. Magic doesn't like some guys, water and getting her nails trimmed. She has never needed to got to the vet except to get neutered. She would come with all her toys, equipment, extra food and extra litter. (My kid and I got her when she was a kitten. My kid had minor allergy symptoms and we were hoping exposure therapy and longevity would make their allergy go away. Magic turned 3 years old May 1st 2024. And my kid's allergy had gotten worse.)
