WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Magnolia - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Hey there! My name is Magnolia or you can just call me Maggie, your future pocket-sized dynamo and soon-to-be best friend! If you’re looking for a pint-sized partner with smarts to match, look no further. I’m a whiz at puzzle toys (watch me go!), and I adore my stuffed animal squad. But what I love most? Cuddling up right next to you! Looking for a buddy to hit the trails or explore neighborhoods? I’m your girl! And if you’re into running, give me a little warm-up time, and I’ll be sprinting alongside you before you know it! I recently had a sleepover with my shelter BFFs, and guess what? I’m a lap-hogging, cuddle champion. Despite my current digs in a kennel, I’m totally house-trained. I’m a pro at letting you know when it’s potty time, and I keep it accident-free indoors. At night, I’m the perfect snooze buddy, sticking close and not causing a single fuss. I’m pretty good at hanging solo indoors when you need to step out. No worries there! Plus, I’ve got this cozy crate where I can nap and dream about our next adventure until you get back. So, whether you’re at work or just running errands, I’ll be right here waiting, tail wagging and all, ready for snuggles the minute you walk through the door. I thrive in a calm, adult-only home where I can unwind and get all cozy again. I’ve had doggo siblings before and could totally hang with another calm canine who can show me the ropes at home. Cats, though? Not so much my jam—no hard feelings, kitty lovers! Think we could be a match made in heaven? Come by and let’s meet! I’m here, wagging away, just waiting for my forever family. Could that be you? Let’s find out!

Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We provide weekly socialization programs for our dogs through playgroups and group leash training classes available to all dogs in our adoption program, and Doggy Sleepover, Doggy Day Out, and Ambassador programs for our boarding dogs. There is a professional dog trainer on staff to provide support for our fosters and dogs, and an off-site dog trainer for dogs that need more extensive behavior modification. This helps us learn deeply about every dog, prepare them for adoption, and ultimately match them with loving families. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 25% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. Story
He bounces when he runs, loves a tennis ball, lives to explore, and is a handsome head-turner. Bruce is his name, he weighs 56 lbs, is estimated to be 1 year old, and is possibly a staffie/shepherd mix but with rescue we can never know age or breed with absolute confidence. We do know, and I’m sure you will agree, he is absolutely a handsome good-boy! He also has the cutest little underbite! It is like a charming little secret about him. See if you can spot it in his "get to know me" video. At first, we all thought Bruce was a shyer dog but even though he starts with slow greetings, he warms up quick. That’s when you see his happy, bouncy side! We learned quickly that his favorite type of ball is a tennis ball, he can catch it in mid-air, and is happy to hand it back to you. He knows a few basic commands, including sit, but the most important thing you should know is he is treat motivated and fully focused when he knows you have some in hand for him. This is a dog that is super smart and motivated to learn so new commands and tricks so training should be a piece of cake! Bonus! He also has a super soft mouth when taking treats or returning a ball. Bruce is quiet and at 56 lbs he has the potential to be an apartment dog but more than anything, we would love to see Bruce in a home with a yard. He was content and peaceful to explore that yard, was calm and quiet at the fence when someone walked by, and sure does love a bouncy run-about so a fenced yard would be the jackpot for Bruce. He is going to be great company whether your doing weekend yard-work or hosting a barbecue, His energy level is set to relaxed and steady making him a good fit for a person or family that loves a good adventure but also adores movie nights and lazy Sundays. Bruce was introduced to a handful of dogs and did wonderful with all the introductions and the playtime that followed. He never got to full on playing with any of the dogs but we can see he has a playful side in there. It is common for dogs to show their full playfulness when they have settled in to home and created a bond with their canine housemate. If you have a moderately playful dog, Bruce would be a great companion. He has great dog-todos manners and respects different personalities well. Thanks to his mid-level energy range he isn’t going to come in with too much energy, and overwhelm another dog, he seems to understand the importance of taking things slow with new friendships. When he met our resident cat Tom he was definitely interested but was not pushy and did not initiate a chase. From what we saw, Bruce is cat-tolerant with a dog-savvy cat and slow introductions being ideal for a happy, healthy relationship. Overall, Bruce is a handsome, easy-going boy who will be easy to love! If Bruce created sparks in your heart he is ready for adoption and will travel! If you have any questions about Bruce or would like us to test him for a specific setting or detail, please be in touch! We can make most anything happen to ensure he is the correct fit for you and your life! Please email kristin@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. 🐾 Meet Clint, the Life of the Paw-ty! 🐾 Hey there, folks! I'm Clint, your newest 1 year old best buddy in town, and let me tell ya, I've got the personality to power a whole pawty! 🐶 First things first, let's talk about my love for stuffies. Oh boy, do I adore 'em! You walk into the living room, and BAM, there I am, bouncing around all 55 pounds of cuteness, showing off my impressive stuffie collection to anyone who'll give me the time of day. Seriously, I take pride in my plush pals. And don't even get me started on playtime – no signs of aggression here, folks. I'm all about the fun! Now, let's talk about my favorite pastime: demanding "pat pats" from my humans. Yep, you heard that right. I'm a certified wiggle butt enthusiast, and I won't hesitate to shove my adorable self into your personal space until you give in and acknowledge just how cute I am with my stuffie squad. And let me tell ya, I'm a pro at couch lounging. Jumping up on my own like it's my own personal throne? Piece of cake! 🩶 But wait, there's more! I'm not just a stuffie lover; I'm also a connoisseur of kisses. You give me some love, and I'll give it right back – that's just how appreciative I am of my furry friends and my humans. When it comes to playtime with other pups, I'm all in! A bit of a rough and rowdy player? Guilty as charged! But hey, it's all in good fun, right? So, if you're looking for a bundle of joy who's equal parts playful and loving, look no further. I'm ready to be your partner in crime and your ultimate snuggle buddy.
