Story
Thunder is such a smart, driven, happy dog! He has pointy ears that almost never go down but when they do your heart will melt. He knows how to get along with the pack, but he’s also perfectly content to be the only dog in the house. He’s high energy and would do well either with a yard or someone who doesn’t mind multiple walks a day. BUT, if you’re too tired to play with him, all you have to do is sit on your couch and throw his ball for him and he will gladly bring it back to you every single time until you stop. Thunder also knows how to play independently if you just give him a Kong or a chew. While he still adjusting to his new foster home, he hasn’t been super cuddly yet and doesn't excessively lick, but he is starting to learn to relax and enjoy laying next to his foster parents while getting some scratches. He is solidly crate trained, house trained and does well on a leash. He is good with dogs, cats and kids, but definitely prefers not to be with a housemate who always plays rough. Thunder is neutered, microchipped & up to date on vaccines.  Come meet your next family member!

Story
This friend has just arrived to us on transport from a high-intake shelter partner! When our friends are new to us, we are often unsure of their full background. Our staff will spend some time getting to know them and update their bio with more information as we learn. They are pending interactions with kids, cats, and other dogs until they have been seen by our vet and are cleared for introductions. Please note that we often are unsure of house, crate, car, and leash training status upon arrival. In the meantime, you are welcome to submit an adoption questionnaire if interested in adoption! Story
LILLY Breed: Border Collie Mix Gender: Female Approximate DOB: 3/1/2015 Size: Large Weight: 50 Color: Black/white Grooming Needs: Moderate Spayed/Neutered: Yes Good with Dogs: Yes Good with Cats: Not recommended Good with Children: Not recommended with children Appropriate for city living: No A secure, physical fence is required. Adopters must live within 30 miles of King of Prussia, PA. Lilly is a gentle soul who luckily made her way out of a puppy mill. She was kept as a breeder for six years but never produced any puppies because (unknowingly to the puppy mill operator) her uterus was filled with mucous. That is all resolved since she has been spayed and she also had a dental to remove worn down teeth from grinding them on wires in a cage. Now that she is in a foster home, she is enjoying soft, clean beds, belly rubs and sunning herself outside with her people in the fenced yard. Lilly loves to relax but also loves to go for walks. An adult only, calm home in a quiet neighborhood would be Lilly's dream place to spend the rest of her life. No high energy playmates for her but another chill dog is fine with her. She is quiet, clean in the house and just wants to be your loyal companion! For more information and to apply to adopt Lilly, please go to www.findingshelter.org
