Story
We adopted Jack when he was 3 months old. He is now 7 years old. He is full of energy and very vocal. He has been raised around kids but we recently had another baby and we feel that he deserves to have more attention and mental stimulation than we can give him. He loves a good chest and tummy rub and loves running and playing. He can be a bit wild around younger children.

Story
HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED! Meet TicTac! This perfect little girl is just everything you could ask for in a pup! TicTac is up to date on puppy shots, chipped and spayed. She is 5 months old and about 15 pounds. She is basically every positive adjective you can think of! She's energetic when it's play time, but knows how to stay calm during down time. She's infinitely smart and picks up on your body language instinctively. She loves her person's attention more than anything, but also knows how to entertain yourself if you need a moment or are busy. TicTac has not been exposed to kids or cats, but given how loving she is with everyone she meets, I don't think she'd have any problems with either! She gets along wonderfully with my two big dogs and gets right in there during playtime! TicTac is a little shy in new situations but readily puts her trust in you and gets comfortable pretty quickly. She does have some crate anxiety, but does better every day. It seems she just needs to build trust with her humans, that they will always come back. In the couple weeks she's been with us, she's almost completely picked up on potty training, uses puppy pads like a champ, has learned ‘sit’, and picked up on a few other phrases like ‘let's go potty,’ ‘are you hungry,’ ‘off,’ ‘come here,’ and ‘no.’ The kicker is, she picked up on all that on her own, zero training or instruction! I can only imagine how awesome TicTac could be with some proper training attention. Completing her potty training should be a breeze! She would be a perfect adventure companion but also could do great in a calmer environment with some regular playtime. She just wants to be involved and included in your life, no matter what that looks like. TicTac falls in love quickly and is completely ready to find her forever home! Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##2128002##

Story
Rey the jedi was rescued from a puppy mill where she was locked in a cage outdoors with people who hit her. She is incredibly sweet but has some trauma behaviors that require an attentive and patient human. She does not get along very well with my other dog, I think she might thrive better in a home without other dogs. She has a lot of energy and will likely thrive on a large property with space to run. Bonus points if you have any kind of job for her! But most importantly she needs someone with the patience to help her recover from her abuse history.

Story
Joni is a 3yo pure breed Australian Shepard. We have had her since 8wks old. In most ways she is a typical Australian with high energy and wants to work. She has been around dogs from daily walks, numerous camping trips, hiking adventures etc. Joni has a very strong and dominating personality so I’m not sure how she would be with another dog in home. She has always played with a close friends 100lb GSP without any issues but he also lets her “lead”. Joni does have sensitivity with her neck (since we brought her home), so she likes to play a game with putting a collar on. She is crate trained. She does have a correction collar and has on during day and on walks. Her recall is good but fantastic when out in mountains or acres of land. We have young children and she is okay with them but she is fast and can jump and doesn’t always mind who is in her way. she would be a fantastic Dog on acres of land where she could Herd and just run!

Story
Name: Ted Breed: Toy Australian Shepherd Sex: Neutered Male Age: 1 year 6 months Weight: 21 lbs Needs Experienced Adopter, We are seeking a foster-to-adopt home for Ted, someone experienced with dogs who have fear-based reactivity and willing to continue working on his behavior with patience, structure, and training support through PawsCo. Good with dogs? Ted may do best as an only dog, as he can be protective of his food and may feel overwhelmed sharing space. Good with cats? No. Good with kids? No. Energy Level: Medium. Ted loves to romp around, explore the backyard, and play with toys. Once his play needs are met, he settles nicely and enjoys relaxing. Behavioral Needs: Ted spent most of his early life outdoors and is still learning how to be a comfortable indoor companion. He’s working on feeling safe, managing his stranger danger, and sharing resources. Because he struggles with being left alone, he will need a home where someone is home often or works from home. Ted is significantly undersocialized and requires very slow, structured introductions to new people and experiences. Continued professional training will be important for his success. About Ted: Ted is a silly little rascal with a big heart who thrives on fun, exploration, and connection. He’s looking for a patient, committed adopter who can help grow his confidence through gentle guidance, consistent training, and thoughtful socialization. Ted is easily frightened by loud noises, barking dogs, and unfamiliar people, but with love and support, he can learn that the world is safe. Despite his rocky start, he is ready to blossom and share his playful, curious, sweet puppy personality with the right person. Please learn more about the adoption process and fill out an application at www.pawsco.org/adopt/adoption-process. You can also contact my friends at PawsCo at adopt@pawscoadoptions.org if you have questions. I look forward to meeting you!
