Meet LaSalle! LaSalle is a very sweet and active adult Aussie mix who knows how to balance fun with relaxation. He loves going on walks and getting his energy out, but he’s equally happy curling up for a good nap afterward. He tends to have bursts of playful energy followed by chill downtime — the best of both worlds! This handsome guy is incredibly friendly with people and thrives on human affection. One of his favorite pastimes is playing fetch with his ball, especially if there’s peanut butter involved (his absolute favorite treat!). LaSalle is slowly warming up to other dogs and does best with dogs similar to his size and energy. He’s not a fan of huskies or dogs much smaller than him, so he’d do best with thoughtful introductions and possibly being the only dog or with a well-matched canine companion.  LaSalle is looking for a loving home that will give him patience, structure, and plenty of opportunities for walks, play, and naps. In return, he’ll give you endless sweetness, loyalty, and companionship. Could LaSalle be your perfect match?  ##2656040##

Story
Meet Apollo — your future shadow, sidekick, and biggest fan. This boy is a classic Australian Shepherd through and through: smart, energetic, and completely devoted to his people. If you’re looking for a Velcro dog who wants to be involved in everything you do, Apollo is your guy. Whether you’re heading out for an adventure or just moving from room to room, he’ll be right there, happily waiting for pets and praise. Apollo would thrive in an active home that can keep his mind and body busy. He’d love a dog sibling, but he’d also do just fine soaking up all the attention as your one and only. He’s even done well with the resident cat so far — a well-rounded gentleman! He’s crate trained, sleeps through the night like a champ, and is fully potty trained. Truly, he’s well on his way to being that “perfect companion” everyone hopes for — loyal, loving, and eager to please. Apollo is currently experiencing some growing pains, which may slow him down at times, but this is temporary and expected to resolve once he’s fully grown. In the meantime, he’s taking it all in stride and still living his best life. If you’re ready for a devoted adventure buddy who will love you with his whole heart, Apollo is ready to meet you. ##2656971##

Story
Name: Ted Breed: Toy Australian Shepherd Sex: Neutered Male Age: 1 year 6 months Weight: 21 lbs Needs Experienced Adopter, We are seeking a foster-to-adopt home for Ted, someone experienced with dogs who have fear-based reactivity and willing to continue working on his behavior with patience, structure, and training support through PawsCo. Good with dogs? Ted may do best as an only dog, as he can be protective of his food and may feel overwhelmed sharing space. Good with cats? No. Good with kids? No. Energy Level: Medium. Ted loves to romp around, explore the backyard, and play with toys. Once his play needs are met, he settles nicely and enjoys relaxing. Behavioral Needs: Ted spent most of his early life outdoors and is still learning how to be a comfortable indoor companion. He’s working on feeling safe, managing his stranger danger, and sharing resources. Because he struggles with being left alone, he will need a home where someone is home often or works from home. Ted is significantly undersocialized and requires very slow, structured introductions to new people and experiences. Continued professional training will be important for his success. About Ted: Ted is a silly little rascal with a big heart who thrives on fun, exploration, and connection. He’s looking for a patient, committed adopter who can help grow his confidence through gentle guidance, consistent training, and thoughtful socialization. Ted is easily frightened by loud noises, barking dogs, and unfamiliar people, but with love and support, he can learn that the world is safe. Despite his rocky start, he is ready to blossom and share his playful, curious, sweet puppy personality with the right person. Please learn more about the adoption process and fill out an application at www.pawsco.org/adopt/adoption-process. You can also contact my friends at PawsCo at adopt@pawscoadoptions.org if you have questions. I look forward to meeting you!

Story
This beauty is Lexi! She is an approximately 1-year-old, 36-pound stunner with the kind of looks that garner compliments from strangers and passersby. Her gorgeous tri-colored coat and striking blue eyes hint at some Australian Shepherd in her mix — but Lexi is even better than a purebred. She’s a rez dog, made up of many breeds, which often means healthier, sturdier, and wonderfully well-balanced genetics.  Lexi came to us from the Navajo Nation, where she lived alongside many different dogs. She is friendly and social with other dogs and loves her foster dog sister.  Lexi is the kind of dog who bonds deeply with her people and blossoms with kindness and consistency. If will take her time to feel safe in a new environment to she needs someone who is patient and understanding of shy dogs. Lexi recently learned how to walk on leash and it has been a big boost to her confidence. She is still cautious when experiencing new places. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with beauty, heart, and so much potential, Lexi may be the one you’ve been waiting for   Adopt Lexi and give this special girl the chance to fully shine. If you would like to adopt please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $250 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   ##2622941##

Story
Hi, I'm Selena! I’m a 1-year-old Australian Shepherd mix with a sweet personality and just the right amount of spunk. I currently weigh around 20 pounds but still have a little growing left to do. I’m getting the hang of sleeping in my crate, though I’d much rather be close to my people. I’ve already mastered the doggie door and am learning that outside isn’t just for play... it’s where I’m supposed to go potty, too. Who knew? I absolutely love people and am currently living with a cat. He’s not really into playing, so I leave him alone—no big deal! I'm up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. Apply to meet me today! Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##2394426##

Story
HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED! Are you looking for a sweet, loving soul to join your family? Deimos, aka Saul, is your man! He is 4 years old, 60 lbs, and looking for love and a place to call home.  Deimos is fully potty trained and knows basic commands (sit, stay, heel, lay down, come, shake), which he learned in a comprehensive board-and-train program, and knows how to use the doggie door. He continues to work on his leash manners and work through some manageable anxiety about new things and people. He is crate trained, is calm while you're away, and sleeps contentedly through the night (he loves to snuggle, if you're into that). Deimos still has the fun puppy energy without all those pesky puppy habits. Silly, wiggly, and bouncy? Check! Chewing and jumping? Not this guy! He would love to be your adventure buddy but also would love to cuddle up on the couch with you or assist on your work-from-home days (do you need a handsome boy to join you on your Zoom meeting? Deimos is happy to oblige).  He will brighten your day with his happy thumping tail, his intrigue about dogs and other animals on the TV, his kind eyes, and gentle pawing and head butts to get pets. He is friendly with his foster brother, but can be apprehensive about certain dogs he sees on walks. He will need structured introductions and a confident and supportive family to advocate for him with new friends. He does not need another dog in his new home, but it would be an added bonus if his new family had a confident dog who can teach him the ropes. He loves people, but will need a little time (a few minutes typically) and structure to adjust to new people who come around; he simply prefers not to be pet immediately and that he makes the choice about being touched. He decides swiftly and with confidence who to trust when given the space he needs. Turns out he trusts essentially everyone! He would thrive with a family who is as loyal to and supportive of him as he will be to them; can provide structure and love; and can help him gain confidence and learn that the world is not a scary place. He is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, and ready to join your family today. Apply to learn more and meet this true gem of a dog. Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##1193696##
