Story
Nellie is absolutely the sweetest, most passive dog I've ever known. We have loved her and tried to help her not be so shy but she comes from an abusive background we think and it has gotten to a point that I feel it's detrimental to her. She loves hikes and walks. Is absolutely potty trained. Gets along well with all animals. It's just people she is terrified of. I think someone with the right experience and more time. Possibly just a single, quiet female would do best with her. She is such a sweetheart. But if this situation isn't best for her I want what is. She will come when called generally and knows a few commands.

Story
Carmen is a two year old mixed breed dog who looks a little bit Aussie and a little bit something unknown. She is very smart with a huge capacity for learning additional obedience, tricks, and more. Carmen is dog-friendly, kid-friendly, housebroken, and crate-trained. Her foster crates her when she leaves the house, as she does like to chew. She is not a runner, but has learned she can clear short fences to get to the front door, so would do best with a privacy fence or in a leash walk household. Carmen is on the petite side at less than 40 pounds, and we think she'd love outdoor activities like hiking. She is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, wormed, treated for parasites, and microchipped with registration. Carmen's adoption fee is $350.

Story
This fluffer is named Finley and his personality is as charming as his appearance! Finley is an Australian Shepherd mix and unlike most Aussie's Finley is gentle, sweet and calm - at least at this stage. His absolute favorite activity is snuggling in your lap and he doesn't squirm or bite. He just wants to cuddle.  Please remember, training a puppy is an essential and rewarding process that helps foster a strong bond between you and your furry friend while e. stablishing good behavior and habits. Consider enrolling you and your new puppy in training classes. These can provide structured guidance and socialization opportunities. Remember that each puppy is unique, and training methods may need to be adjusted based on their personality, breed, and individual needs. Building a positive and loving relationship with your puppy through training will lead to a happy and well-behaved adult dog. If you would like to adopt/foster please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $400 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.  ##2015139##

Story
Finn is the smartest, sweetest, most sensitive and cuddliest dog who only wants to please his people. He attaches quickly and attaches hard. He is also a herding dog through and through (his DNA test results say 75% of mostly australian shepherd, australian cattle dog, and border collie) with all the things that comes with. As with most herding dogs, he is a quick study and needs a job or else can be very high-strung. His herding nature has made him highly sensitive and suspicious of new things and loud noises. Finn is very trainable due to his intelligence and eagerness to please his people. Though he will never get into things he’s not supposed to or pee or poop inside the house or run away from you, he will lick your leg incessantly, chew a bone or ball on top of you, and make sure the entire neighborhood knows someone is walking by the house. Finn loves dogs who will play hard and long with him, and can be quite bossy about it (especially with submissive dogs). Finn loves people too, though tiny humans confuse and scare him and humans on roller skates, skateboards, dancing, skis, or otherwise moving “incorrectly” in his herding brain are to be chased and herded. Finn has never lived with cats, but with transition and boundaries, would likely be fine living with one. He also hardly sheds and has a short coat.  At 60 lbs with lanky legs and a muscular build, Finn is a dog made for herding and running cattle. A simple walk or two a day (or even hike) will not suffice. He needs brain work and physical work every single day for hours a day. Finn is 2 and a half years old now and will likely not slow down until old age. His first people tried very hard to give him what he needs, but realized their suburban home was just not the right place for him, even with hikes and off-leash romps in open space. He needs wide open spaces and a way to use his brain and body continuously. He knows how to herd intuitively, and just needs someone to give him the opportunity with a real herd and some training with directions to be his best self. The average American life just isn’t what Finn is cut out for. With the right environment, Finn would be an amazing work dog alongside you on a farm by day and cuddle up with you (and any other pups or humans in your life) next to a fire by night. Tired and content, he would flourish and be the best boy he’s always strived to be. If you are interested in adopting, please complete an application at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $250 includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip and dewormer. Adopters will be eligible to activate a 30 day free pet insurance policy from Trupanion if they adopt. Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.  We make every effort to ensure the dogs are healthy. ##1117980##

Story
Anyone looking for a rewarding project?  I’m a sweet Australian Shepard mix that started my life on my own.  I’m learning to trust and learn how to be loved because I probably spent my youngster days living on my own.  I do well with other dogs my size and older, still learning my boundaries.  Since I was on my own, cats are probably not a great idea.  I would do well living with another active dog to show me the ropes.  Want to be loved on and getting better everyday.   I will turn out to be a beautiful hiking partner and May end up being 55-60 pounds.  ##1730239##

Story
Come meet me and 14 of my puppy friends Saturday April 27 at Chuck and Don's Westminster!  Sherbert is a fun, confident, happy almost 10 week old baby girl.  That is less than 100 days old, but she and her sisters are ready for their next adventures.  Sherbert loves playing with her sister and the big dogs in foster.  She is good with the cat who is currently bigger than she is!  We expect this little Aussie Sheperd mix to be a medium sized adult, but we do not know who the parents were.  These pups were raised in foster since they were about a month old.  The Rescue prefers Sherbert have a home with another dog to play with.  She has her first two DA2PP vaccinations, so she will need two more plus a rabies when she is 5 months old.  She is already spayed, so this beautiful girl will never have to have a litter of puppies.  She is microchipped and super healthy.  Fostered in Arvada.  Apply to meet her! ##1992051##
