Story
This beauty is Lexi! She is an approximately 1-year-old, 36-pound stunner with the kind of looks that garner compliments from strangers and passersby. Her gorgeous tri-colored coat and striking blue eyes hint at some Australian Shepherd in her mix — but Lexi is even better than a purebred. She’s a rez dog, made up of many breeds, which often means healthier, sturdier, and wonderfully well-balanced genetics.  Lexi came to us from the Navajo Nation, where she lived alongside many different dogs. She is friendly and social with other dogs and understands how to coexist peacefully in a pack. Because her world has been a bit limited so far, Lexi can be shy in new situations, but don’t mistake that for a lack of love. She has been well cared for and shows it through her sweet, gentle, and devoted nature. Once she feels safe, her affection quietly shines through. She’ll benefit from a patient, encouraging home willing to help her: Build confidence in new environments Continue learning and refining her leash skills ‍ Discover all the good things life has to offer Lexi is the kind of dog who bonds deeply with her people and blossoms with kindness and consistency. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with beauty, heart, and so much potential, Lexi may be the one you’ve been waiting for   Adopt Lexi and give this special girl the chance to fully shine. If you would like to adopt please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $300 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   ##2622941##

Story
Jameson was adopted from Denver Animal Shelter when he was about 2 months old. He has been with me 10 months. He has a lot of energy, and I don't think we are a good fit. He needs a lot of attention and play space. He is crate trained and he likes to just lay in it to relax. Recently I've been leaving him out of the crate while I'm gone and he has done pretty well. Jameson needs a person who can get him out of the house more. He uses a gentle leader for walks and pulls a little. He generally loves meeting new people - he loves going to the brewery. He knows people around the neighborhood who he likes to say hi to for treats. He's a lover and likes to snuggle on the couch. He really just needs a bit more attention than I can give.

Story
Meet Frankie — a smart, loyal, and loving 40 lb Mini Australian Shepherd seeking his perfect home. Raised from a puppy during COVID, he’s grown into a playful, intelligent, and affectionate companion who bonds deeply with his people. Frankie is well-trained, eager to please, and loves structure, exercise, and mental challenges. His recall and obedience are excellent — he can even fetch a beer from the fridge and close the door! Frankie thrives on outdoor adventures like hikes, frisbee, and swimming, but also enjoys cozy downtime. Frankie does best in an adult-only home without children or young animals. He’s protective and can be anxious around unfamiliar people, but with an experienced owner who understands herding breeds, he’ll shine. Looking for an active individual or couple who can offer leadership, consistency, and love — Frankie will be a loyal and rewarding best friend.

Story
Meet Porter — the sweetest boy looking for his forever home! Porter is a gentle, loving, and intelligent 1.5-year-old pup who weighs about 40 pounds. With his beautiful markings and alert expression, he might be a mix of Husky or Australian Shepherd. He adores playtime, enjoys his daily walks, and gets along wonderfully with both dogs and older respectful kids 12+. Porter had a tough start in life but with the help of a professional R+ trainer, he has worked through some issues and is learning to be the best boy. New environments can make him a bit unsure, so he needs a patient family who can offer structure, reassurance, and gentle guidance, so Porter will continue to blossom. He would like to join a home with another dog. He’ll happily play the day away with his new furry sibling. He’s active and playful, yet also appreciates quiet time and settles easily. He will do well in a home with humans who listen and respect him when he’s nervous about something and have his back. Porter is also working on his potty training and will need a consistent, structured routine in his new home to help him continue to build good habits. Because of this, Porter is going to be a better fit with a secure fenced in yard. If you are interested in meeting Porter, the first step is to complete our meet and greet application at  https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms  We require the application, home and reference check, and meet with everyone in the home. Porter is neutered, utd on vaccs, chipped, and HW-. His adoption fee is $375 and we do not adopt outside of Colorado.January 8, 2026, 11:53 am

Story
Name: Ted Breed: Toy Australian Shepherd Sex: Neutered Male Age: 1 year 6 months Weight: 21 lbs Needs Experienced Adopter, We are seeking a foster-to-adopt home for Ted, someone experienced with dogs who have fear-based reactivity and willing to continue working on his behavior with patience, structure, and training support through PawsCo. Good with dogs? Ted may do best as an only dog, as he can be protective of his food and may feel overwhelmed sharing space. Good with cats? No. Good with kids? No. Energy Level: Medium. Ted loves to romp around, explore the backyard, and play with toys. Once his play needs are met, he settles nicely and enjoys relaxing. Behavioral Needs: Ted spent most of his early life outdoors and is still learning how to be a comfortable indoor companion. He’s working on feeling safe, managing his stranger danger, and sharing resources. Because he struggles with being left alone, he will need a home where someone is home often or works from home. Ted is significantly undersocialized and requires very slow, structured introductions to new people and experiences. Continued professional training will be important for his success. About Ted: Ted is a silly little rascal with a big heart who thrives on fun, exploration, and connection. He’s looking for a patient, committed adopter who can help grow his confidence through gentle guidance, consistent training, and thoughtful socialization. Ted is easily frightened by loud noises, barking dogs, and unfamiliar people, but with love and support, he can learn that the world is safe. Despite his rocky start, he is ready to blossom and share his playful, curious, sweet puppy personality with the right person. Please learn more about the adoption process and fill out an application at www.pawsco.org/adopt/adoption-process. You can also contact my friends at PawsCo at adopt@pawscoadoptions.org if you have questions. I look forward to meeting you!

Story
We acquired Ozzie from dumb friends league when he was 4 months old, he is a very high energy dog who needs ample room to run and play. He plays well with other dogs and he wants to play with cats but they do not want to play with him, he isn’t overtly aggressive he just has a lot of energy and my cats are used to not having a high energy dog around. He is crate trained, he knows to sit and lay down, to place and to stay but he is food motivated. He has some behavioral issues linked to resource guarding, he loves attention and to be pet but it has to be on his terms or he gets nippy, he needs some corrective training. He is around 26 pounds
