Copper is a very good and well mannered dog. I just do not have the time anymore with how much I work to give him the attention that he deserves as well as I live in condo and he needs a yard to run around. He is absolutely great with all people, including children and other animals such as cats/dogs. He listens very well, potty trained, and crate trained as much as he would love to sleep with you. I truly just want him to go to a good and loving home to someone that would take care of him.

Pepper is a good dog. She likes to howl especially when she meets someone new. Very hyper and needs lots of walks. Loves to cuddle and loves to eat. I have had her since six weeks old and she is loved but I don’t have the time to give her the attention she deserves. She loves to run and catch. She is wonderful with kids. Never has bitten. I have never had her around other pets besides dogs she sees outside so I don’t no how it will go. She barks at them but I don’t think she would hurt a fly. She is very anxious and has separation anxiety. She is crate trained and highly recommend leaving her in there when you leave because she is destructive and has torn up furniture in the past. But this behavior is only if you leave her alone and uncrated. I will keep her until I find someone who I know will take care of her properly.

Meet the cutest gal on the block with the best smile, Lucinda! Lu is a 4.5 year old hound, boxer mix who loves her people, including kids, and is full of exuberance. She is also only a medium girl at 45 lbs— the perfect size in our eyes! She came into rescue at 6 months old & was adopted, but was returned 3 years later because the adopter was having a baby. Sweet Lucinda did nothing wrong, & she’s looking for a forever, loving family this time around!  Lucinda loves playing with energetic dog friends after slow meets & is working on manners (she can get a tad bit excited for some hehe)! She would love an active home where she can go on adventures with her people— a favorite of hers is hiking! A family that gives her lots of belly rubs? She says, “yes please!” This wiggly girl is healthy & ready to find her forever home! She is house trained, crate trained, & knows basic commands! Rowdy is a little shy with new people. Shes great with all dogs she meets and would be best on a home with another dog to help her adjust. Rowdy is curious in new situations, but life up until recently, hasnt been kind to her..... so she will need time to get comfortable and then her true goofy nature will emerge! Like a butterfly, Rowdy is a much different pup than when she 1st came to us from the pound, with no hope of getting out :( UNTIL the rescue chick saw me and knew i was a diamond in the RUFF ;) Rowdy needs a patient home who will give her time to warm up, open up & trust. Older kids only would be best for her and a fully fenced yard is a must. Until she settles in she'll be an escape risk. An apartment would work for Rowdy as well. She is ready for her furever family!! Apply soon! Local adoption fee is $300(in TX)

Buster was found on a Ranch just roaming around. After numerous attempts to locate his owner, there was no luck. The Ranch hand took him in, but could no longer keep him because of his other 3 Dogs. Buster is a little shy at first, but the people that had him said he had no problem snuggling up and sleeping with them at night after he got comfortable with them. He’s a very sweet dog and his tail is wagging constantly. If you can find it in your heart to open your home to him, he would love to make you happy.
