🐾 Meet CC – The Little Guy Who Doesn’t Let Anything Slow Him Down! 🐾
Meet CC, a 3-month-old, 10-pound Beagapoo (Beagle/Poodle mix) boy who may not be able to hear you call his name, but trust us, he’s not missing out on a single bit of puppy fun! ❤️ Being deaf doesn’t slow this little guy down one bit. He’s a happy, playful pup who is always ready for his next adventure!
After CC was surrendered from a puppy mill and saved by rescue, it was obvious that while he was a happy and playful pup, there was something a little different about him. After several veterinary visits, it was determined that CC is not only deaf, but suffers from a neurological deficit of unknown origin that makes him tilt his head. It was determined by his foster family and his veterinary team that CC is a happy, joyful pup who is enjoying a seemingly "normal" life, playing with all his toys and furry friends!
CC’s favorite activities include wrestling with his furry friends, playing with toys, and making friends with just about everyone. He’s currently fostered with both small and medium-sized dogs and absolutely LOVES playing with them all! When his little legs finally run out of steam, he’s more than happy to curl up for a cozy snuggle and a well-deserved nap. 💤
During the day, CC stays in his puppy pen while he works on mastering all those important puppy skills. He’s currently learning crate and potty training, and he’ll need a family willing to continue working on leash training as he grows. Like any young pup, he’ll thrive with patience, consistency, and lots of positive reinforcement.
Because CC is deaf, his future family will need to help him learn to navigate the world using visual cues and hand signals instead of verbal commands. With a little creativity, plenty of love, and a lifetime of adventures ahead, there’s nothing this special boy can’t learn!

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
