Meet Brie! This sweet, 6 year old, 22 pound Beagle girl is ready to start the rest of her life with a family of her own!
Brie was used as a breeding dog for many years of her life. Now that she's in rescue and getting used to life in a home, she is so happy to be here! Brie is fostered with other dogs, cats and with small kids (ages 5 and 10) and has done well with all! True to her beagle breed, Brie has a loud bark and would likely not be the best apartment companion - but she would thrive in a home with a yard and plenty of room to explore! Brie does very well in a crate and has only had a few bathroom accidents in her foster home while getting used to a new routine. She is working on her leash manners, but is still a little uncertain of new, scary noises and can sometimes "pancake" on walks when she gets scared. however, she is already showing a lot of improvement with this!

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.

We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week.
