Thanks to a generous grant from the Grey Muzzle Organization, my adoption fee is partially sponsored! My new family can take me home for $90! Danica is an 8-year-old, 30 lb beagle mix with big brown eyes who just loves kisses, scratches and cuddles and being close to her people. Her superpowers include being a fast and eager learner, loving all people everywhere, and getting along great with other dogs and her cat sister. She loves to just explore the outdoors and sniff around still. She’s good on a leash. In terms of house training, she’s does well during the day but sometimes can’t make it through the night. With more regularly scheduled potty breaks, we think this can be fixed! She loves to love on you and her people and to be rewarded for a good job! Some of her favorite things are her Kongs (stuffed with peanut butter, of course). If you're looking for a loving companion who will greet you and other of your four legged companions with full body kisses every time you walk in the door and loves spooning and snuggling at night and at naptime, she might be your perfect match. Meet Boomer! Boomer is a 2.5 year old, 32 lb Beagle/Aussie mix who loves to give and get kisses and cuddles, and being close to his people. Although Boomer is 2.5 years old, in many ways he is like a new puppy. His superpowers include being a fast learner and loving all people. He gets along well with other dogs and cats and is not afraid of anything. In terms of house training, Boomer is mostly house trained, but does have the occasional accident inside. Some of his favorite things are snuggling with his people and playing with toys. Make sure to have lots of squeaker toys and chew toys available, as he loves to chew anything. I think he would really enjoy food puzzles too, because he is very food motivated and loves treats. Boomer loves to run around outside and roll in the grass. Bonus: he comes with his own comfy blanket. Want a dog to go on a walk with you? He would love to go, doesn't pull, like having a feather on the end of the leash.. Does like to stop and smell flowers. Bangles is a beautiful Lemon Beagle. He is very good with new people and does well with other dogs. He enjoys a good trot around the yard but at approx 6 years old and 31 pounds, he also enjoys lounging in the sun. Bangles has been introduced to cats and while he has shown interest, he has not shown any aggression. Bangles will actually go in his open crate for a snooze durning the day, especially if there is a cozy blanket tucked inside, and although he does not really play with toys, he enjoys having one in his crate with him; which is super sweet. Bangles is a perfect companion dog, as he will stay close by you, not demanding, nor vocal, but a true buddy. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
