Story
Hi - I'M LADY! I'm an pretty 7-1/2-year-old tri-colored Border Collie mix in need of a forever home. I'm currently in a foster home in Washington. I'm a beautiful and sweet girl who gets along great with dogs & cats! I am mostly deaf, but that doesn't stop me from being a wonderful companion. I am easygoing, playful, affectionate and fun - and I love to be around other dogs. I was originally rescued from a shelter in Oregon. If you would possibly like to meet me, please email for an application. I weigh only about 40 lbs., and am a perfect size!

Story
WOOF! I'M ROCCO! I'm a 2-year-old Border Collie-Flat-Coat mix in need of a foster or forever home! I was recently rescued from a crowded California shelter, where I was impounded as a stray. I then was adopted, but returned less than 24 hours later as someone in the house had allergies. Fortunately I was rescued and now am ready for a foster or forever home! I have done great with other dogs and am a happy, playful boy. I love to play with other dogs and hang out with humans. I weigh 59 lbs. Could you foster or adopt me? I'm currently in California but can be transported to Oregon. Please email for an application.

Story
Introducing Lena, a confident, happy, and very friendly approximately 10-week-old Border Collie mix! Lena presently lives with 3 big dogs and 2 cats. She has an outgoing personality and knows how to play respectfully, even with cats. She might be a good candidate for a performance dog since she has a strong play drive and confidence. Bonus – she is almost potty trained! Lena is being fostered in Beaverton, Oregon. She has been wormed, microchipped, and the first set of vaccinations. The adoption fee is $400. If you are interested in adopting Lena and are pre-approved, please contact the adoption team at hunahapps@gmail.com. Story
Dolly is an approximately 3-month-old Border Collie/Lab mix. This lovely little girl is very observant and sensitive. She may proceed with caution at first but warms up fairly quickly. She will watch from a distance or sit in one place when taking in something new and then interact when she is ready. She runs right over when someone familiar enters the yard. Dolly loves belly rubs and will stare affectionately into your eyes as you pet her. Dolly is considered medium to mellow level energy-wise. Dolly has done well with other dogs and likes to play hard with her brother. She has tried hard to get the foster’s cat and older dog to play but has respected them when they don't want to engage. She shows some instinct to chase things that move quickly. Dolly is being crate trained and potty trained and is doing well on both. She does some alert barking. She likes toys and chews. She will take treats but isn’t super treat motivated. Her recall is fair but needs some work. But then, she is only 3 months old and, as with any pup, will need further training. Dolly presently weighs about 16 lb. She is being fostered in the Hood River, Oregon. Dolly has been wormed, microchipped, and has had her first set of vaccinations The adoption fee is $400. If you are interested in adopting Dolly and are pre-approved, please contact the adoption team at hunahapps@gmail.com. Story
John is a super sweet approximately 3-month-old Border Collie/Lab mix who is showing a mellow energy and personality. He is very gentle and greets new people and dogs in a relaxed way. John is very affectionate and loves snuggles and belly rubs once he has had a chance to meet a person a time or two. He is going to be a dog who will bond closely to his person. John is being crate trained and potty trained and is doing great. He seems to like the crate routine and self-selects to take his naps in the crate when he can. He has practiced on the leash a couple times and does not really get it yet. But then, he is only 3 months old and, as with any pup, will need further training. He has been quick to learn to come when called, go into his crate, and is learning to sit. He is very motivated by food and responds to positive feedback. With all these attributes his training should be a breeze. John has a good nose for sniffing out toys and treats and has been able to find things all over the house both high and low – can we say scent work for this pup? He has met the foster’s cat and wants to play but has been respectful. He is not a barker; verbal communication has been through a few puppy whines. John weighed 21 lb at 10 weeks, so he will be fairly large when full grown. He is being fostered in the Hood River, Oregon. He has been wormed, microchipped, and has had his first set of vaccinations The adoption fee is $400. If you are interested in adopting John and are pre-approved, please contact the adoption team at hunahapps@gmail.com. Born October 25th 2023, Adopted in March 2024. She has been around children, cats and other dogs. Extremely friendly but very energetic. My goal is to find her a home with a large backyard, possibly a buddy to play with and someone to give her the time that I am unable to. Please only inquire if truly interested.
