Story
Youngmin was rescued from the streets of Paju, Korea in 2018. Though he was adopted once, he was unfortunately surrendered due to personal reasons. Since then he has been living with other dogs at a private boarding house. Youngmin is a sweet and affectionate dog who adores people and loves to follow his humans around. He enjoys snuggles and getting attention, and he's also great with other dogs, playing happily and energetically. However, he struggles with separation anxiety, becoming very anxious when left alone. We believe that Youngmin's ideal adopter would be someone who is retired or works from home, or someone who has a family member at home most of the time. Youngmin thrives when surrounded by people and feels most at ease in a calm environment. Therefore, a house in a peaceful neighborhood would be an excellent fit for him. Youngmin would make a wonderful companion for the right person or family. He is an affectionate and playful boy who will bring joy and love to any home. If you're interested in giving this precious boy a forever home, please consider adopting him today. The adoption fee for Youngmin is $ 560 CAD/$ 560 USD. -------------------- Youngmin is a 5.5yr old male BorderCollie mix. Neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Story
Hello, World. Meet Zoey Zhanna! -ADVENTURE PARTNER -OUTDOOR SUPERSTAR Zoey is currently about 6 months old and we think she may be a Lab mix but with rescue it is always a bit of a mystery! From her foster: "She is a true herding dog and thrives with a family. She gets bored easily and will find something to do - So she'll keep you busy! She is so smart - good and bad. You gotta keep her busy too lol. She is protective and has a strong personality" Zoey is playful and SUPER sweet. She absolutely THRIVES on affection and cuddling is her language of choice. She loves to play with other dogs and her toys and then cuddle up for a nap. Zoey is still pretty young so she will need a patient family that is ready for training, socialization and all of the hard stuff that comes with owning a young puppy. However, she will make up for it with a bunch of kisses! Her new family will have to work with him on potty training, crate training, and basic commands. As she gets older we anticipate she will be a higher energy dog and will likely require physical and mental exercise daily. She will be perfect to take on long walks around the neighborhood! Zoey is still at the age where she can be easily socialized to coexist with children, dogs & cats! Don't miss out on this amazing girl! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby, you also receive many other additional perks such as a 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.), a free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus incredibly low pricing for future sessions, 50% off of your first BarkBox order, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our FB Adopter group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is one of the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone! Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no choice but to euthanize animals for space. We prepare them for adoption by properly vetting and providing individualized care through our incredible behavior program that consists of socialization and leash training for all animals that enter our adoption program prior to matching them with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives. They are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts once adopted, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! Three Little Pitties Rescue will soon be celebrating our 5 year anniversary! Over the course of this time, we have been very fortunate for so much growth, allowing us to further connect with the community and save many lives. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 10,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be brought into our rescue program. Together, we can be heroes. Story
Oreo Cookie is a total FLIRT! Yes, once you meet him you will fall in love with him. It happens to everyone he meets! That’s why we pulled him from the shelter when he was on the euth list because he won our hearts over too! Oreo Cookie is definitely the perfect guy if you are looking for a dog that you can take out in public. I took him to a local festival that was super busy and full of crowds and he loves getting attention from all of the kids and adults! So whether you want a dog to take to a brewery, camping or just to a park he would love to tag along. Oreo likes other dogs too! He engages in the full on let’s tackle and roll around play with other dogs. But he would totally be happy as the only dog in the home too! Oreo passed his cat test! I think he really was just not sure what kind of creature the cat was. Lol! Oreo is great with kids and would do well in a home with them. Oreo Cookie is a one of a kind and would love to go to a home where he can just be with a person(s) who loves him! Don’t miss out on this amazing pup! Apply today! Adoption Application Questions? Story
We adopted Loretta at 8 weeks old from a shelter in eastern Washington, she will be 3 this August. She has been a ball of energy from day one, and doesn't look like she's slowing down. Her mom was a border collie, but we have no info on her father, our vet suspects some black Lab. Loretta is loyal, job driven and a true "herder breed". She loves our two kids, our other dog and the cat. Although she will "herd" the cat if it's trying to go outside, but never harm it. Loretta is happiest running on the beach or running on the farm. Loretta needs space and LOTS OF JOBS. She is extremely smart, and learns quickly, and will retrieve the ball obsessively for hours. No joke. Loretta barks a lot, especially at strangers at the door. She loves her routine and will go to her leash when it's time to go for a walk. Loretta goes on 2-8 mile runs with her mom...and still has energy for the day. She would be the ideal dog on a farm with a family.

I'm 40 some lbs of Texas specialness with a taste for hanging out, and enjoying some quiet time as well as going on walks and hikes. I'm a dose of MEDIUM ENERGY and get playful zoomies but I'm a CHAMP at kenneling up, walking on leash and just hanging around being your bestie. I am potty trained and kennel trained, not picky about treats or food but I may do best with someone who lives in a quiet neighborhood or in the country. I'll be a great family pet but will need continued socialization meeting new people as I'm still adjusting to all the changes I've gone through since being rescued. I'm good w other young/playful dogs and have good abilities with dogs my age and size but I can also be good as an only dog who has dog friends. I was exposed to goats, chickens and cats in Texas and was fine around them outdoors but bear in mind that dogs can behave differently in different environments and I've not lived with cats indoors so we'd need to try an indoor cat test for interested parties. I'm a good-sized fella but I'm not jumpy or exuberant. I'm quite well-mannered and a gentlemen. I'm being fostered in Milwaukie, Oregon and am ready to meet my furever family or person!
