Story
🐾 Meet Baloo! 🐾 Introducing Baloo, an adorable pup with a teddy bear vibe, searching for his forever home. This affectionate, sensitive soul adores people and eagerly wants to become your best friend. Baloo's favorite activities include cuddling on the couch, exploring outdoors, and playing with his plush toys and enrichment puzzles. He's also quite the athlete, enjoying runs in the yard and playful wrestling with his sister, Winnie. Great with both kids and other dogs, Baloo still needs to meet cats. He's a food lover, which makes training sessions particularly effective as he's always eager to earn a treat! Baloo is making excellent progress with his crate and potty training and shows promise as a well-mannered companion. Baloo still needs a family ready to commit to his training, socialization, and all the dedication that puppyhood entails. His new family must continue his potty and crate training and provide daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate-train their new puppy. He will be perfect for walks, hikes, or simply showing off around your neighborhood as he grows. If a sweet, loyal companion with loads of love to offer sounds perfect for you, Baloo is ready to fill that role. Prepare for an affection-filled life—Baloo will shower you with kisses and loyal companionship! 🐾 Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/65f266808b00ab8e67042313 Please email Tim@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. The adoption fee is $1000.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. Bart is a beautiful purebred Border Collie. He needs room to run! We have had him since he was 8 weeks old. His bday Oct 5th 2016 born in Welches Or. he was my husbands shop dog. He went to work everyday. due to the death of my husband in 2023 I am not able to keep him any longer. I am not able to provide the care and activity he needs to thrive. He needs a lot of attention and love. He is a 1 person dog once he is attached to you. He can sit, stay, sit up, high five shake, lay down, catch treats off his nose. Very intelligent dog.

Story
Codi is a lovely 5-month old Border Collie that I adopted a few months ago from Oregon Humane Society. I love him dearly and have put a lot of time, energy, and money into keeping him and beginning training with him so far but will have to move and cannot bring him with me. He is very high energy, as he is a BC puppy, but he’s the sweetest boy ever. Very happy and loving pup and I want to keep him but am unable to so I really want his new home to be perfect for him.

Story
ISO of a wonderful re-home for our 6 year-old-old, dog. We rescued her as a puppy 5 years ago, but recently she is having a hard time transitioning to family life with our young kids and it's become evident, she needs to be in a kid-free, dog/cat free home. She's an incredible girl (border collie mix), who loves to play/work, but is also calm and chill as long as she gets her good walk/run/frisbee in for the day. She is a great guard dog, and can always be trusted to alert you upon the arrival of your Amazon delivery ; ) She needs a quiet and calm environment to adjust to strangers, but can with the right introduction (we have several dog sitters who she loves). She can be reactive on walks to other dogs.

Story
I have had this dog since she was just a few weeks old, she came up to me at my construction site and I fell in love. She is 9 years old, is extremely sweet and chill around the house but still loves to chase a ball or go for a good walk or hike. My wife and I had a baby, which Indi has always been good with kids but with the baby crawling and starting to walk and grab, we noticed it was getting to close to something bad happening and I wanted to find her a new home before an accident occurred. She is seriously the sweetest dog and with kids above the age of 5ish would do fabulous with her just not grabby babies. She is a great cuddler, loves to use pillows like humans and the best adventure dog that’s great in the car. It breaks my heart to rehome her but it is what is ultimately best for her and my family.
