Story
BEST WAY TO INQUIRE, EMAIL Adoptions@BAMMRESCUEPDX.ORG Montana is an affectionate 4-year-old Lab/Pit mix who’s ready to be your loyal companion for life. This sweet girl is a fetch fanatic who lives for playtime and loves nothing more than chasing balls with her favorite humans. She’s both treat and toy motivated and ready to learn new tricks. Montana gets along fine with other dogs, but she’s truly a people-focused pup who wants to be your number-one play partner. On a recent Doggie Day Out adventure, she proved to be a calm car passenger and a wonderful trail companion. She enjoys sniffy walks and likes to lead the way without pulling on the leash. Though Montana can be a little shy when meeting new people, she warms up quickly with patience (and a few tasty treats). Once she feels comfortable, she enjoys gentle petting and cuddle time with her friends. If you can toss a tennis ball, you’re already in her inner circle! ##2599337##

Story
Born October 25th 2023, Adopted in March 2024. She has been around children, cats and other dogs. Extremely friendly but very energetic. My goal is to find her a home with a large backyard, possibly a buddy to play with and someone to give her the time that I am unable to. Please only inquire if truly interested. I want my baby to go to a good home.

If you would possibly like to meet me, please email for an application. I weigh only about 40 lbs., and am a perfect size!

Story
WOOF! I'M ROCCO! I'm a 2-year-old Border Collie-Flat-Coat mix in need of a foster or forever home! I was recently rescued from a crowded California shelter, where I was impounded as a stray. I then was adopted, but returned less than 24 hours later as someone in the house had allergies. Fortunately I was rescued and now am ready for a foster or forever home! I have done great with other dogs and am a happy, playful boy. I love to play with other dogs and hang out with humans. I weigh 59 lbs. Could you foster or adopt me? I'm currently in California but can be transported to Oregon. Please email for an application.

Story
Dolly is an approximately 3-month-old Border Collie/Lab mix. This lovely little girl is very observant and sensitive. She may proceed with caution at first but warms up fairly quickly. She will watch from a distance or sit in one place when taking in something new and then interact when she is ready. She runs right over when someone familiar enters the yard. Dolly loves belly rubs and will stare affectionately into your eyes as you pet her. Dolly is considered medium to mellow level energy-wise. Dolly has done well with other dogs and likes to play hard with her brother. She has tried hard to get the foster’s cat and older dog to play but has respected them when they don't want to engage. She shows some instinct to chase things that move quickly. Dolly is being crate trained and potty trained and is doing well on both. She does some alert barking. She likes toys and chews. She will take treats but isn’t super treat motivated. Her recall is fair but needs some work. But then, she is only 3 months old and, as with any pup, will need further training. Dolly presently weighs about 16 lb. She is being fostered in the Hood River, Oregon. Dolly has been wormed, microchipped, and has had her first set of vaccinations The adoption fee is $400. If you are interested in adopting Dolly and are pre-approved, please contact the adoption team at hunahapps@gmail.com. Story
Meet Biggie!Don’t let the name fool you—Biggie may be medium-sized, but his personality is absolutely larger than life! This adorable Cattle Dog mix (with what we suspect is a healthy dash of Beagle or hound) is full of charm, character, and plenty to say. Biggie is a very talkative guy who loves to “chat” with his people, whether he’s sharing his opinions, announcing that it’s time for a walk, or simply joining the conversation. His happy hound-like voice is just one of the many things that makes him so special.Biggie absolutely loves people and is always ready to make a new friend. He’s affectionate, fun-loving, and enjoys soaking up attention from everyone he meets. He also gets along well with most other dogs, making him a great companion for many canine friends.Like any clever Cattle Dog mix, Biggie is smart and curious—and he can occasionally put those talents to work as a bit of an escape artist! Because of this, he’ll need a securely fenced yard or a family committed to keeping him safely on leash during walks and adventures. Once he’s safely by your side, he’s happiest exploring the world with his favorite people. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with endless personality, a goofy sense of humor, and lots of love to give, Biggie just might be your perfect match. He’ll keep you smiling, keep you entertained, and most importantly, keep your heart full.Due to COVID-19, we are currently only open by appointment. Please follow the instructions on each pet profile.
