Story
Calvin is a 4 year old healthy, very intelligent border collie who has been with his original owner since he was 10 weeks old. He was raised with lots of love and care and is affectionate and obedient. He is pretty mellow as far as border collies go and his favorite activities include napping under the bed, kisses, fetch, cuddles, and swimming. He’s great in the car and great in a tent. Calvin gets along with other dogs but should not be in a home with cats or kids. Calvin is best suited for a single person or female couple familiar with dogs as Calvin is protective of those he has bonded to. He has previously nipped new humans coming into the house which makes him a great guard dog, but he needs to be introduced to new people slowly. Nips have never broken skin. Once he is familiar he is very friendly with humans. He is crate trained but does well being left alone loose in the house. Due to the owners change in life circumstances Calvin needs to find a new loving home.

Story
Scout is a good a good boy but apartment life is not for him. He is incredibly smart and agile. He mostly symmetrical, brown and white and very eccentric looking. Long legs and a slender body. With some work he would be a great running/ hiking partner. He aims to please, he just need more freedom. A secure yard, a loving pet parent and with some solid guidance he will be a great companion animal. His soul is soft and kind, never aggressive or illintended. He is not aggressive toward other dogs, he just needs to aclimate to dogs more. Cats are a no. He knows many commands: shake, high five, sit, not yours, stay, slow around corners, go around, be good and you get scratches, (then he gives me his belly). He is potty and crate trained. 42 inch crate and toys included.

Story
Oona is a sweet girl that needs a yard or frequent trips to the dog park! Oona will be 4 in March and was born deaf. Oona would do great with an older dog that can put her in her place, these have been her best dog relationships! Oona has been great with our toddler and has been a saint from day one. All this being said, Oona needs a new home asap! Our living situation and schedules have not allowed her to get any exercise, she is constantly stressed due to people walking by our apt windows and would benefit from at calmer neighborhood.

Story
Miley Cyrus lived as a mother dog who was used for breeding. She was roaming the streets when she asked the right people for help. Eager to please, Miley has completed dog training at the head of her class. As a result of her past experiences, she is mistrusting of men and loud noises. She is not aggressive, but rather simply prefers to be alone. If you are kind and gentle, and have the patience to earn her trust, Miley Cyrus might be your girl.
