Story
Oreo is a sweet boy. He loves to play. He minds pretty well. I got him when I saw a woman abandon him at a park. I decided to keep him. He is very devoted and protective of his family. He also has anxiety. When I fist got him he would chew everything up if he was left alone. He still does not like to be alone. I have had him for 2 years, he is almost 4 years old. His issues are chasing cars and jumping on people aggressively. He also snipped at a 4 year old boy to "protect" my 2 year old grandaughter. That was kind of the last straw. He then jumped on a delivery man and bit his arm although not hard enough to do damage. The mail person is now complaining about his aggression. We live in the country so he roams pretty freely. He stays pretty close to home unless their is a vehicle to chase. I have another grandchild on the way and I just can't deal with all of this. I love him and im sad to have to do this but he needs a farm where he can heard something and lots of attention .

Story
Montana is an affectionate 4-year-old Lab/Pit mix who’s ready to be your loyal companion for life. This sweet girl is a fetch fanatic who lives for playtime and loves nothing more than chasing balls with her favorite humans. She’s both treat and toy motivated and ready to learn new tricks. Montana gets along fine with other dogs, but she’s truly a people-focused pup who wants to be your number-one play partner. On a recent Doggie Day Out adventure, she proved to be a calm car passenger and a wonderful trail companion. She enjoys sniffy walks and likes to lead the way without pulling on the leash. Though Montana can be a little shy when meeting new people, she warms up quickly with patience (and a few tasty treats). Once she feels comfortable, she enjoys gentle petting and cuddle time with her friends. If you can toss a tennis ball, you’re already in her inner circle! Montana was placed on final because shelter life has become overwhelming for her. Repeated encounters with unfamiliar people reaching into her kennel have left her feeling uneasy, and she may growl or show her teeth to ask for space. But outside the kennel, Montana’s true personality shines—sweet, playful, and full of love. Montana will thrive in a calm, patient home that gives her time to decompress and build trus ##2599337##
