Nelson is an adorable16 week old Border Collie puppy looking for a home. Those ears though!!❤️ He is very social with people and other dogs, and is so very smart, a true characteristic of his breed. He learns quickly and is fun to train. He is crate trained, doing fantastic on housebreaking, and walks nicely on a leash. He entertains himself by throwing his treats and toys in the air and trying to catch them, he’s so cute! Nelson is vaccinated, has been treated for internal and external parasites, and the Rescue will pay for his neuter and microchip when he comes of age. Nelson is being fostered in Waukesha County, and an Adoption fee applies. Arriving in WI on Friday, September 18th! Introducing Armor- a handsome 3.5 month old male mixed breed pup. Armor weighs about 30 pounds, and we anticipate him to be large breed when fully grown. His mom, Sally, weighs about 80 pounds, and his father is unknown. Armor is excited to make his journey to Wisconsin where he can find his forever family and be loved the way he deserves to be. Like any puppy, Armor is eager to learn and will flourish with continued training, socialization, and plenty of love. He has started his potty training and leash walking, however his new family should be prepared to continue training as he learns the routine in his new home in the Midwest. Health & Vetting: He is up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped. He will come with medical records and a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian confirming good health prior to transport. He will be current on Flea and Heartworm prevention upon adoption. Adoption Details: He will arrive in Muskego, WI on Friday, September 18th. He will be available to meet (and go home if it is a good fit) to the first family who has placed a deposit to hold him exclusively for them. Dogs that do not receive a deposit prior to transport will be available to meet at our adoption events or by appointment with their foster family, no deposit required. Adoption Fee: $500 Deposit: $250 (applied toward adoption fee) The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption. If upon meeting, he is not a good fit for your family, the deposit is refundable, so long as you show up for your scheduled meeting.
