***We anticipate A LOT of applications for Echo. Please read ALL information below and fill out your application as thoroughly as possible. You will be contacted IF your application is selected and cannot reply to every applicant/email/inquiry. Please note: Echo is a bonded pair with Dot*** Hello! I’m Echo, and I’m the kitten who started it all! I have a very special story. When I was just a tiny newborn, an Amazon driver found me all alone in the middle of a busy street. Good thing I didn't get run over! They rushed me to the shelter, and I was the very first bottle baby of the whole kitten season! I have been in the most expert care ever since! Clearly, I am the beauty of the group- if I may say so myself. I have a soft coat and a face that will make your heart melt instantly. But don't let my good looks fool you—I’m just as spunky as my siblings, Amazon Prime, Kindle, and Dot! Since I was raised with a bottle, I absolutely love humans. I’m super well-rounded, social, and I think everyone I meet is my new best friend especially Dot. (We are a bonded pair). I am a fearless little girl. I love to zoom around, climb on things, and investigate every single sound I hear. I’m very curious and always want to be in the middle of the action. Whether we are playing with feather wands or just exploring a new box, I am always lead the way with a happy tail. I am looking for a forever home where I can be loved and pampered and be treated like the beauty queen that I am. Echo is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, flea treated, and litter box trained. You will be contacted IF your application is selected.  MUST FOLLOW APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 1) Go to  https://petlover.petstablished.com/organization/1951865 and Click "adopt" on the kitten's profile you are interested in. Clicking adopt does not mean that you are adopting this cat. It will take you to an application to fill out which is the first step of the adoption process. (NOTE: If the kitten is a bonded pair, do not apply for him/her as a single kitten. These applications will not be considered)  2) If your application is approved, you will receive a call back within 2-3 days. Due to the volume of calls/inquiries/messages, please do not call to check the status of your application. We do our best to match the cat to the best environment/family/situation as possible based on the cat's personality and temperament.  3) Priority will be given to those who are open to adopting in pairs or who have a resident kitty looking for a new friend. Kittens do best when they have a friend. Read why here: http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens ##2695146##

Story
Hi, my name is Penny! Some call me the sun goddess, because I love to find that sunny spot. Some call me Princess Penny, because I have poise, and I want to be in charge. Some call me gorgeous, because of my calico coat and my beautiful green eyes. I call myself wise, because I'm 15 years old and I know what I want. I love basking and sleeping in the sunshine (the volunteers say I run on solar power). I am happy when the volunteers come in to give me attention -- I do like to be doted on. And if I need some me-time, I will let you know. I'm looking for a home where I can be the only cat, with an experienced cat owner who understands what smart, independent, senior kitties need. Older children who understand cats would be fine, too! Fill out our online Application so you can meet Penny in person: https://forms.gle/QkuLYpw7LCk15yXk9

Story
Meet Daisykins, a playful, intelligent, and quirky kitten with a big personality. She’s an independent girl who enjoys affection on her own terms—when she wants attention, she’ll hop into your lap and keep you company, but she’s also perfectly happy entertaining herself. She especially loves toys she can wrestle, tunnels to run through, and the thrill of batting toys around in the bathtub. Her favorite is a snake-like stuffed toy she can wrestle and kick. Daisykins is incredibly smart—she even learned how to play a toy piano to dispense treats! She’s curious, adventurous, and will follow you from room to room, though she also values her independence. Because she tends to overstimulate and can be rough with her claws, Daisykins needs a patient adopter who understands that she is not a good fit for a home with children. She doesn’t like being picked up or petted for long, and she may scratch if pushed past her comfort zone. With time, consistency, and understanding, she has the potential to settle more as she matures. She’s shy around new people, dogs, and loud noises, so a calm, cat-savvy household would suit her best. She’s open to wearing a harness but needs very quiet environments if she’s to explore safely. Daisykins will thrive with someone patient enough to respect her independence while appreciating her playful energy and intelligence. She’s best for an experienced cat person who doesn’t mind a feisty, spirited companion with lots of love to give—on her own terms. Prior to adoption, all kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped. Kittens under 5 months old must be adopted with a buddy or into a house where there's a kitten-friendly pet. This kitten is currently in a foster home. To meet this kitten, please fill out an adoption application so that we'll have your contact information, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. www.thedancingcat.org/adoptMarch 13, 2026, 12:42 am

Story
Philo is a four year old cutie chubby beautiful calico cat. I love her dearly but absolutely need a better home for her, as I can't give her the wonderful life she deserves anymore. My circumstances have recently changed and she has very limited space now in my house. She definitely has the classic cattitude that cats often have, but she loves love, can be so sweet, she loves pets and cuddles and purring and making biscuits. she loves naps more than anything and is very low maintenance and chill.
