3 yr, 5 months Dotty and her mom, Delilah, were found abandoned at a farm and turned over to Rescue. Dotty, a beautiful calico, was born around May 2020. She is quiet, affectionate on her terms with trusted people, and avoidant of strangers. Dotty enjoys window watching and playing with wand toys as long as there is no competition. She is on the passive side and really enjoys Delilah’s companionship. Dotty likes a little bit of petting and brushing. She does not like being picked up and prefers to sit near you. She gets along with most cats. Dotty has not met dogs, nor kids under age nine, but if they are gentle and quiet she will be fine. Are you the patient person willing to give her time to trust and blossom? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Some special breeds are $250+tax. Sam is a sweet, timid cat who was captured from a suburban neighborhood as a stray kitten, along with his two brothers. He started off very scared of humans, but has made great strides and now enjoys being brushed and pet. He does still scare easily, though, and he takes time to warm up to new humans. He likes most other cats, especially his brother Riley, but doesn’t seem to like the one adult female tortoiseshell cat in his foster home. He gets along fine with his brother Riley as well as the other adult male cat in his foster home. He is also used to the large, fairly calm dog in his foster home. Sam is a great cat who would like to find a loving, patient forever home! Sam has had a complete wellness exam, is microchipped, neutered, tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV, and is updated on vaccinations.
