They were a bit traumatized for a little while after being rescued but now they are very loving and friendly kittens. Litter box trained and very well behaved. Dewormed and are up to date on shots.

3 yr, 5 months Dotty and her mom, Delilah, were found abandoned at a farm and turned over to Rescue. Dotty, a beautiful calico, was born around May 2020. She is quiet, affectionate on her terms with trusted people, and avoidant of strangers. Dotty enjoys window watching and playing with wand toys as long as there is no competition. She is on the passive side and really enjoys Delilah’s companionship. Dotty likes a little bit of petting and brushing. She does not like being picked up and prefers to sit near you. She gets along with most cats. Dotty has not met dogs, nor kids under age nine, but if they are gentle and quiet she will be fine. Are you the patient person willing to give her time to trust and blossom? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Some special breeds are $250+tax. Josie is a very sweet cat and loves affection. We are only trying to find a new home for her because she happens to enjoy pulling up the edges of our carpet and pulling the threads out. Otherwise, she is really well-behaved and will be hard to give to a new home. But, we will as we can no longer tolerate the carpet pulling. When we have had a dog visiting the house, she is not aggressive, but will hide or keep her distance. She loves one of our other cats, and can be a bit moody with the other.

Snowflake is a sweet little guy who loves to hide and play with his toys... He is still getting use to his surroundings as it is all new but is getting braver and braver each day! We would love for them to find their forever homes to spend the holidays with! His story: These three little lovebugs were found on the side of a mountain road. Our volunteer saw a white cloth in the distance that looked out of place. She stopped and then she knew why her instincts drew here there...4 newborn kittens with umbilical cords still attached were tucked inside. Taking a deep breath, she scooped them up and quickly took them to our partner rescue on the island. They were handfed every 2 hours until they were strong enough to feed on their own, we would sadly loose the smallest of them all. Our three surviving warriors are now ready to find their forever families.

Come meet Rosie Sunday 1/11 at Petco Maple Grove from 1-2:30! Rosie is such a little lovebug! She loves to play with her toys and it is fun to watch her energy and curiosity. She loves to cuddle up at night but will also nibble at your toes gently when she is ready for her breakfast time! She loves to play hide and seek and really enjoys her snack time! She is a social little lady and gets along well with all the other cats! Her story: This little cutie is such a DOLL! We took her in when a local neighbor could no longer keep her... her and her brother were found abandoned at their parents farm when they were 2 weeks old... the family nursed them and took great care of them. The family kept her brother, however not being able to keep Rosie, we brought her into our foster program and she is doing great!
