Story
Harry is 13 and likes attention, especially being scratched under his chin and behind his ears. He likes to sit on someone's lap and snuggles in for a petting and purring session. He does NOT like being petted on the top of his head. Harry enjoys being brushed. He's lived in a house with a three-season porch so he can see the outside world and approaches any and every door in the hopes of going outside. He is independent but likes to be around people. He would prefer to be the only pet but would be ok with a calm dog or another cat. He doesn't play very much but loves rubbing his face on the cat nip toys. Harry is diabetic and requires insulin injections with twice daily meals. He is very good when getting the injections. He is also on a prescription diet for his diabetes.Harry has had a complete wellness exam, is microchipped, neutered, tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV, and is updated on vaccinations. His adoption fee is $225.00 which includes a free wellness exam within 7 days of adoption. Harry is currently located in a foster home. Payment is either cash or check. Sorry, we do not do any out-of-state adoptions. ADOPTING A PET IS A LIFELONG COMMITMENT!

Story
Adoption Fee: $175, plus taxes Location: Foster Home Noodles is 10 years young and living life to the fullest! Noodles is an all around very chill cat. She LOVES people! Noodles does what we like to call "drive-by pets". She will walk herself around you like she has her own little race track, and gracefully slide by you in a bid to get some love. After a nice pet she'll walk away cool as a cucumber, smacking her fuzzy butt on a nearby wall, maybe going to scratch her scratch post, and then coming back 'round full circle for more pets. After a few rounds of her "race track" she'll be purring so loud you can hear her across the room! Even though Noodles is 10 years old, she is as spry as a kitten. She loves to jump up to her windowsill to sit and birdwatch. Her foster family has many birdfeeders and a healthy squirrel population in their backyard, so Noodles has been loving her personal nature channel! Noodles in an amazing kitty due to the fact that she can acclimate to nearly any home. She is great with other cats, kids, and even dogs as long as she has a slow and proper introduction, and the dog (and kids) respect her space. She doesn't love to be held but tolerates it for a little while, and LOVES pets and scratches. She also loves kisses which is great, because her foster mom can't help but bombard her with pets and kisses every day! Noodles is a staff favorite with her calm demeanor and sweet personality. You will truly win the kitty jackpot if you take a chance on this sweet old gal. Noodles is about 10 years old, she is spayed, microchipped, and up to date with her vaccinations. She also recently had an in-depth dental cleaning! If you are interested in meeting Noodles please submit an application on Carver Scott Humane Society's website today!

Story
Adoption fee: $200, plus taxes Location: Foster home I'm a recent momma cat looking for a home where I can be the baby now! Tootsie is very pretty and very sweet with very soft fur. She loves attention from her people. She will roll her head and make sure you get ample opportunity to give her chin pets. She is very graceful jumping and is quite a good athlete. At our Adoption center she would love to get up high on our cat shelves and survey her domain. A nice cat tree by a window would be right up her alley. We have only seen a little bit of play with Tootsie so far at the center. We thinks it's just a matter of her being relaxed enough to just have fun. Tootsie will be a wonderful companion. We think Tootsie may be happiest as your only kitty. It may be possible for her to be with a male cat with proper slow introductions, but the best thing may be solo. Tootsie is spayed, microchipped and is current with her vaccinations To meet Tootsie please complete an application on the Carver Scott Humane Society website. We are sure you will really enjoy meeting Tootsie

Story
Adoption Fee: $200, plus taxes Location: CSHS Adoption and Wellness Center Pepper is a beautiful girl with dramatic black and white coloring. She was a recent mother and did a great job raising some cute and spunky kittens. Pepper is now all set for a home of her own. She has a very even personality, she loves to look out the window and check out what is going on. If you had a cat tree by the window she would that. She has a playful side and likes to play with a wand toy. She also likes to climb a little and look out over her domain. If you like a lap kitty she has been known to plop down and make herself comfortable in your lap. Even though Pepper was a recent mama, she really isn't much older than a kitten herself. She is barely over a year old. Pepper is spayed, microchipped and is current with vaccinations To come see Pepper please complete and application on the Carver Scott Humane Society website. We are sure you will enjoy meeting her.

Story
Adoption fee: $275, plus taxes Location: Foster Home From Sage's foster Sage is such a fun and curious kitten. In her time with us she has gotten used to living with (respectful) dogs big and small. She is quite fond of our (male) household cat, who is 12. She follows around the house, is chatty and loves feather toys. I imagine she would love to learn to play fetch or do some other interactive toys/games with her people. She loves closed spaces (like under a blanket in the crook of your arm). She is content to curl up next to your neck to sleep at night if allowed. Sage is spayed, microchipped and is current with vaccinations. Adoption fee: $275, plus taxes Location: Foster Home Cheer and her siblings were found at a Christmas Tree farm in Northern MN. She was the shyest one in the litter but she is definitely over that. She is way more confident now. Even a chatty little goofball at times. Loves to play as all kittens do. Likes to run fast, she doesn't always know where she is going, she just knows she has to get there fast. Will come on your lap and nuzzle you a little. Very sweet little kitten, pretty funny and a lot of fun. She also would do well with another kitten friend. Cheer is spayed, microchipped and current with vaccinations. Loving, ‘queen-type’ personality. Loves hanging out with her family and has been great with our 5 sons (oldest is now 15). Also has done very well with the other cats though due to her ‘queen’ nature she’s not the one directly initiating play but is very patient with them and is great at giving them cats baths. Loves little children and will gently play with kids of all ages. She has a very sweet soul.

Story
Delilah is all white except for a black tail and 2 spots on her head. The vet thinks she was born in 2019. Delilah is quiet, avoidant of strangers, friendly with her trusted persons, and affectionate on her terms. She accepts a little brushing on her back, shies from petting, and doesn’t want to be held. If there is no competition, she rolls over on her tummy when playing with wand toys and also plays by herself with toys. Delilah enjoys watching wildlife at the window. She gets along with male cats and is competitive with some girl cats. Delilah has not met dogs or kids under age nine. She enjoys the company of her calico daughter, Dotty. Delilah needs a patient adopter willing to give her time to trust and blossom to be the nice cat that she is. She uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Some special breeds are $250+tax. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612-202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~*

3 yr 7 m0 JR was found as an abandoned cat and turned over to rescue. The vet thinks he was born around April 2020. JR likes playing with wand toys and watching wildlife at the window. He likes petting, brushing, and purrs contentedly after a while. He would do best having another cat for a buddy. With proper introductions, he gets along with most cats. JR is friendly with trusted folks and shy/avoidant around strangers. He is affectionate on his own terms. He is quiet until meal time when he tells you to hurry up. JR would be best with kids over age seven, and he hasn’t met dogs. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Story
Ivory, born June 2023, was found abandoned in a park as a tiny kitten with a sibling. She is white with a few black spots on the top of her head. Ivory is very friendly with known folks and shy of strangers. She is affectionate, easy-going, and quiet until meal time. She greets you at the door, follows you, plus likes to sleep with you. She will jump into your lap when you sit or let you place her there, staying as long as you brush or pet her. Ivory purrs on contact with a trusted person. She gives kitty kisses, rubs against your face, plus will play with her water dish and with running water. Ivory plays with toys by herself or interactively with you, and likes watching wildlife at the window. She is passive with most other cats, has met kids over age seven and is fine with them, plus she interacts with the resident dog. Ivory would enjoy the company of another pet, after proper introduction. She uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits. Story
A portion of my adoption fee has been sponsored by my friends at The Murray Fund. The adoption fee sponsorship credit of $175.00 will be applied during the contract process. Hi, my name is Leaf, I am from Texas. From the foster: Leaf is a very sweet kitten, and a little shy! She loves to have a cozy space she feels safe in, and has been slower to explore her foster home, but every day she gets a little braver, especially with the encouragement of her sibling Pablo! Even though she is a bit nervous, she is so so sweet and once she gets totally comfortable she will be the most loving and gentle cat! She loves her wet food, looking out the window, and cuddling with Pablo.

These pups are in Chaska, Minnesota too!

Story
Pumpkin is about 4-5 years old. She has been having behavioral issues with urinating and pooping in the house. She urinates on soft furniture and poops on hard floors. She hasn’t been using the litter boxes for months. We’ve tried medication, defusers, calming solutions and nothing seems to be effective. We have another cat that she is attached to, that is having the same problem with urinating. Except he prefers to urinate in corners of the house. He does use the litter box for pooping. Kai is a 6-7 year old Siamese. We’d prefer a home to take both of them so they aren’t separated. I’ve included his photo above, with 3 of the Bengal’s.
