3 yr, 5 months Dotty and her mom, Delilah, were found abandoned at a farm and turned over to Rescue. Dotty, a beautiful calico, was born around May 2020. She is quiet, affectionate on her terms with trusted people, and avoidant of strangers. Dotty enjoys window watching and playing with wand toys as long as there is no competition. She is on the passive side and really enjoys Delilah’s companionship. Dotty likes a little bit of petting and brushing. She does not like being picked up and prefers to sit near you. She gets along with most cats. Dotty has not met dogs, nor kids under age nine, but if they are gentle and quiet she will be fine. Are you the patient person willing to give her time to trust and blossom? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Some special breeds are $250+tax. Hello! This is Didi. I inherited her after my grandmother-in-law was transferred to a memory care unit and subsequently passed away. Actual age is unknown, but estimated to be at least 16-17 years old. Shots history is unknown, but appears and acts like she is in good health. She is not a fan of being picked up, but does enjoy lap time and gives head boops. Still enjoys playing with toys and stalking the laser pointer. Looking for an owner that will give her more attention, and someone that can be more consistent with providing wet food. She does eat dry food but is missing a tooth, which makes it more difficult for her. A slower, quiet lifestyle would fit her best. Not sure how she would be with dogs, but does get along with other cats over time. Rehoming because of a job change that has me traveling for extended periods of time.
