Story
Meet Dot! This little girl is a sweet, laid-back lovebug looking for a forever home with amazing people to call her very own. Dot and her brother Wacko were born to a feral mom in a warehouse in Anaheim. The employees there care deeply for the colony of cats and help them by preventing the adults from having more kittens so the current ones stand a better chance of enjoying a better future. Dot is a relaxed, easygoing cat with a calm demeanor, but don't be fooled - she also has a playful side! She loves wrestling with her brother and enjoys cuddling up with older cats just as much. Dot is all about affection; she adores massages, kisses, and will start purring the moment she's held, making you feel truly wanted. Dot would thrive in a home with another friendly cat who enjoys companionship and cuddles. If you're looking for a gentle and loving companion, Dot is the perfect fit for a peaceful, cozy home. Visit www.kittydevorerescue.org to fill out an adoption application for her today!

Story
Eclypse! Impossible to ignore, he's full of awe-inspiring energy, much like the solar and lunar celestial events. He and his siblings were born in a warehouse in Anaheim and brought into foster care at just two days old. Their mother, Nova—who also gave birth to KD fosters Wacko & Dot—had eluded the traps for too long. Once rescuers finally caught her, she stayed with her newest babies until they were old enough to be independent. Then, she underwent her spay and vaccinations before returning to her colony. From the start, Eclypse jostled his way through to get the best nursing spot. Not only was he a momma's boy, but also a greedy little milk hog. He eclipsed his siblings by emerging as the feistiest and fattest of the litter. However, when introduced to wet food, he lagged through the transition. Still, it didn't take him long to catch up, and he's never missed a meal since. Full of mischief and always up for fun, Eclypse loves to jump, roughhouse, and play fetch, although he's not the best at retrieving and returns. His half-brother and best buddy, Wacko, race one another to the apex of the cat trees, but when they're zoomed out, you can find them curled up together for a well-deserved nap. Eclypse, who currently resides in a foster home with his littermates, Komet and Nebulah, his older half-siblings Wacko and Dot, a small dog, and two human teenagers, would thrive best in a lively, social environment. Eclypse is a wonder and will bring boundless, unpredictable energy to your home and family. Having another active young kitty who can match his energy level is a must, and if you don't already have one of your own, you might consider his half-brother, Wacko, too. When it comes to affection, Wacko is all-in: he enjoys belly rubs and paw massages and will even shower you with kisses! Story
Meet Cow! This little cutie was found as part of a larger litter that was rescued in late August at about 8 weeks old. She had been living in a parking lot and her and her siblings had begin getting into car engines and other dangerous spots before they got scooped up to safety. Since being rescued she has been fully socialized and received full vet care. Cow is a spunky, adorable, sweet and energetic girl. She loves to climb and definitely makes good use of cat trees. She also likes to snuggle up with the other cats in her foster home. She’s super sweet and friendly and purrs if you pet her. She doesn't mind if you pick her up, but if you show her a cat tree while you pick her up, she'll probably think you were just being her personal elevator. Cow loves to run around and chase toys and leaps into the air if you throw something for her. While not the traditional lap cat, Cow does enjoy quality time with people by sitting and snuggling up right next to you, and if she chooses to come sit or lay on you it is the utmost honor she can bestow upon you. While Cow can be fairly independent, she would do well in a home with other cats around. She likes to come up for human attention too, and will softly paw at you or meow to ask to play. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and is just a gem of a cat. She has never bitten or scratched and would do well with kids since she loves high energy play. Cow has been spayed, has her microchip, all three doses of FVRCP, and rabies vaccines. Her full medical records will be provided to her adopter.

Story
Meet Lightning! Lightning and his brother Thunder were rescued right before the big rainstorms that swept through Southern California in late November. These two brothers love to do everything together and are very bonded. Lightning is a the more shy of the two brothers. He takes a bit of time to warm up, but loves Churu treats and other cat friends. Lightning is very attached to his brother Thunder, and can usually be found snuggled up together or playing with toys together. Lightning is the chunky brother, but don't underestimate how strong he is! He loves to climb and jump and find little nooks to take a nap in. Puff balls, ropes and jingly toys totally absorb his attention. He loves to play with Thunder and they love to run around and play with their toys together. Thunder and Lightning are a bonded pair who will need to be adopted together, but both have also gotten along with other cats in their foster home. They approach other cats slowly at first, but once they know it's safe, they love to snuggle up to them whenever they get the chance. Thunder and Lightning can be adopted into a home where there are already cats. There is a reduced adoption fee for a bonded pair ($125 per kitten, $250 total, this is $50 less than our regular kitten adoption fee of $175). They are neutered, vaccinated for Rabies, FVRCP (3 of 3 doses given), microchipped, tested and are negative for FELV/FIV, and treated for fleas and dewormed. Lightning is a bit anxious and will need an experienced adopter to help him continue to come out of his shell. He is not hissy or aggressive, and as he warms up to you does allow petting and briefly being picked up. He has purred for pets for his current foster humans, but is easily startled. He would not be suitable for a home with small children due to his current needs. Please reach out for additional information.
