Story

We adopted Louie as our first fur baby from an animal hospital in North Carolina when he was 6 months old. He’s traveled across the country with us and been around for many milestones. Louie is a 7 year old social cat who greets every guest at the door and welcomes affection (within reason). However, just like any other cat, he’ll become overstimulated when given too many pets. Louie gets along well with our 3 year old maltipoo, Luna, and has also gotten along with other dogs we’ve dog-sat. In November, a (human) baby boy was added to our family, however Louie hasn’t taken well to the new addition. Throughout the pregnancy Louie became very protective over mom and hasn’t relieved himself of those duties since meeting our baby. We’re completely distraught at the thought of saying goodbye, but we want the best for Louie.

Agatha was found as a stray, the proud mother of 3 kittens! Her kittens are all grown up and now Agatha is looking for her forever home! She is pretty shy/scared, but she is warming up to people and slowly getting used to life indoors. She loves food and treats and she likes to play with wand toys. She is also litter box trained. A perfect home for Agatha would be quiet, with a patient owner who has the time to let her slowly come out of her shell. She will likely do well with other cats (she really likes my cat!), if she is able to be slowly introduced. Ideally, Agatha could stay in a bathroom or small room by herself for the week or so while she gets acclimated to her new home and new routine. She is still very alert and timid as she gets used to people/living indoors. Moo was found on Dec 5th at 1am while I was walking my senior dog, Cupcake. After a thorough examination with the Blue Cross Pet Hospital Moo was sexed as a boy, and aged at 8 to 9 weeks. He does not have a microchip. He has a clean bill of health overall but is currently recovering from the flu. He is a sweet boy. Very playful, curious and energetic. He loves to cuddle and will pass out in your arms. He would be great with a couple, single person or family that can give him a lot of attention and is experienced with kittens. He does not seem to like dogs. I'm unsure his experience with other cats, but I imagine he might enjoy growing up with another kitten. Adoption fee is to cover the vet expenses. Those expenses were $309, but I'm happy to discount so we can find him a forever home. I will also give you his paperwork from the vet so you can see what he needs regarding vaccines and neutering. I have no idea what breed he is!
