Story
Cookie is a sweet girl who I’ve had since 2019. I adopted her from PetSmart in Alexandria, VA in July when she was 8 weeks old. She has grown up with my boys and we love her very much. Unfortunately, my job has become very demanding including travel. My mother used to cat sit as she was a cat owner as well but her cat passed away. I also have a grandson 2 hours away that I visit often. Between work and family travel I’ve been relying on a food & water dispenser and drop ins from my best friend. Cookie is a cuddler and I find that she needs a lot more attention once I’m gone away. She deserves a home that can give her the love she needs.

Story
I adopted them from a shelter at one and a half years of age. They are very quiet they like to be on their own a lot but they will adopt you if you spend some good time with them. They didn’t cause any damage in my house or my belongings. They are absolutely dedicated sister cats, and truly love each other. We’re preparing to move to a location that will not accept animals and we have quite a bit of travel in front of us. Every single possible cat supplies comes with them for free.

Story
Looking for a foster-shared custody type of agreement for approximately two years. Guey and Joey (tuxedo) are a bonded pair, neutered, and microchipped. Guey joined the family in 2019 as a 9-week-old kitten. He is on the reserved side and likes neck rubs before going on his way. Joey is the opposite. Adopted in 2021 and is the best lap-cat and snuggle buddy. He is also a little on the heavier side. They are 100% indoor cats but occasionally escort them outside for sun and grass time. We will be leaving the area for long stretches and cannot take them with us. We hope to find someone who will treat them like family and be open to just keeping them while we are out of the area off and on. Auto-delivery of cat litter and food would continue. We normally do not have other pets but are currently taking care of a Service member’s kitten and older dog. Guey's reaction to them is to keep to himself while Joey has been more engaging, especially with the kitten.

Story
Antonio I purchased from a breeder and his brother Marco about two years ago. They were just one years old at the time and now he is three years old. His birthday was January 9, 2023 and I think he is a tabby breed not sure. He is a loner and doesn’t like to be petted at all but only when he is ready to be. He is a big eater not sure how much he weights but overweight. He is mostly active at night I feel because it’s the most quietest time with everyone sleeping. We have a dog as well and I have three children. He doesn’t like the dog at all and not friendly to kids either only my husband he comes around when he wants to be petted. I feel he also has anxiety issues with the kids and now the dog making he use the litter box a lot plus he has actions all the time on the floor and etc. I want keep him and his brother together but feel it would be better for him to go to an owner with no kids or pets might be best and will help with his anxiety issues. He is a beautiful cat no other issues

Story
These two bonded cats originally belonged to a quiet, loving home and are naturally shy at first. They are gentle, calm, and sweet once they feel safe, and they find comfort in staying close to each other. They enjoy peaceful environments, soft spaces to rest, and calm human company. Unfortunately, due to the passing of their owner, we are unable to keep them and are looking for a patient, loving home where they can stay together and feel secure again.

Story
15-year-old tortie with classic personality: chatty, chirpy, independent but desperate for attention on her own terms. Has lived in a multi-pet household for at least 10 years. Prefers other cats over dogs, but will tolerate a gentle dog. I’m moving out of state due to unemployment and can’t take her with me. she comes with toys, cat tree(s) and all necessary supplies as well as vet contact for records.
