Story
Rayo is a gentle and timid little soul seeking a patient and loving home. He needs time to get to know new people, spaces, and to come out of his shell. Approach Rayo with a soft voice and let him sniff your hands. He is sure to come around given a fair chance! Rayo came to the shelter with two other cats because their owner was moving and could not take them along. He may do well in a home with other confident, friendly feline companions if given a thoughtful and slow introduction. Are you the one to give Rayo the love and confidence he needs to thrive? Come meet and adopt sweet Rayo, today! If you`d like to meet our available pets, please check the `shelter information` box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Michael R. Story
Are you hoping to meet the. nicest. cat? Then come meet Storm! Storm is an older gentleman who wants nothing but a loving home full of cuddles. When you meet him, Storm will come right up and get to know you, and as soon as you pet him he offers enthusiastic purrs. Storm snuggles close when you hold him in your arms and will head-bump your face for loving when he’s on the floor. Though he’s a relatively young senior, Storm has some health concerns that mean he’ll need an adopter who can offer a little extra TLC, including a strict specialized diet and daily medication to manage his GI health, as well as routine veterinary visits to keep him in tiptop shape. Story
Meet Atticus — the ultimate combination of adventurer and snuggler!Atticus is a charming male cat who lives life with delightful enthusiasm. In the cat room, he’s a brave explorer, confidently checking out every nook, cranny, and cat tree like he’s mapping uncharted territory. If there’s a perch to conquer or a toy to pounce on, Atticus is already on the case. But don’t let his explorer’s heart fool you — this boy is also a lap cat extraordinaire. The moment you sit down, he’ll appear as if summoned, ready to curl up, purr contentedly, and claim his spot as your personal cuddle companion. He truly believes every lap was designed with him in mind. Playful, affectionate, and endlessly curious, Atticus is the perfect mix of silly and sweet. He’s looking for a home that appreciates both his adventurous spirit and his world-class snuggling skills. If you’re ready for a loyal sidekick who brings warmth, whiskers, and whimsy to your days, Atticus is your guy. Want to meet him? He’s ready to explore your lap next!Atticus is positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), which means his adopter should be mindful of his health and provide regular veterinary care.
