Sonja was adopted 4 years ago in December from heartland animal shelter. My vet thought at time she was three years old so I’m guessing now she’s 6 or 7. Someone to love and care for her. She is trained to use the Peepee pads. She loves to sit on your lap under a blanket, loves kisses enjoys a fenced in yard. She sleeps in my bedroom in her bed. She’s tiny snuggly independent low maintenance. She eats a quarter cup of dry food twice a day and loves her treats!

She's an approximately 4 year old Chihuahua / Terrier Mix (We do not DNA test)   She is completely housebroken and knows basic commands. She gets along well with cats. Her foster home has three cats. She LOVES to go for walks and she walks well on a leash. If you like a good snuggle, Serene is your girl. An absolute cuddle bug, she’ll want to sleep right next to you if you’ll allow her to. My name is Spuds, but you can just call me “silly boy” because my foster Dad says I’m just a happy-go-lucky little dude. I LOVE playing in the yard, exploring the yard, just hanging out in the yard! In fact, sometimes my foster Dad has to make me come in! I have a cute, quiet bark to let you know it’s play time, potty time or hey! I’m hungry! I am short-haired, which means I will always look my most handsome with a bath and some brushing! And speaking of eating, I would like a cozy space of my own to eat in because I will steal the other dog’s food every chance I get. I guess you could say I’m a chow hound! Even though I’m an older boy, I still love to run and jump, and I walk great on a leash! AND… Hello! My name is Winnie, or Win for short. My foster Dad says whoever adopts Spuds and I will be the WINNER! I am VERY sweet and very cuddly, and will curl up in your arms as much as you will let me! But don’t let my hold me, please attitude fool you! I am quick on my feet and love to play with all the other dogs at my foster home. I must admit that yelling and strange, loud noises scare the heck out of me, so a quiet home would be perfect! And full disclosure, I have a heart murmur that requires me to take ½ a pill twice a day, but that murmur doesn’t slow me down at all! Hi, I’m Trident! My fosters say I’m the quietest Chihuahua they’ve ever had! I’m endless entertainment, let me tell you about some of the stuff I love- TOYS and FOOD! Yes, especially squeaky toys, but I love to take them all out of the basket and put them by the front door. I will play for hours throwing them around and chasing them for myself. I also love food, and luckily, WALKS, too! I’ve been working on my waistline with daily walks so hopefully you can help me keep that up. We just step off into the grass for some space and go at our own pace as bikes, strollers, balls and dogs all go racing past me. I use the bed stairs and snuggle at my fosters feet all night long, the only time bark usually is if someone new comes in the room while I’m sleeping. I like my teens and their friends and all the dogs that have been in my foster home. My foster has always done slow intro with them and I feel more secure that way. Ive played with puppies as little as 5-10 pounds and am gentle with the old gal and give her kisses, she won’t play and I accept that. If you have been looking for a big love bug that doesn’t know his size, is still learning about the world, loves his home and his people deeply, check me out! My fosters adore me, you can ask them!
