Are you looking for a small, lovable little girl that needs her own best friend? I have loving 6 year old Chihuahua that deserves a life with someone that makes her the center of their world. One that has a ready lap for her to curl up on and stay for as long as you let her. I am gone soooo much. She needs a home with no small children or animals that move quickly or want to get her personal space. She loves humans but barely tolerates other animals. When it comes to small children, she will stay away because fast movements aren’t her favorite. She won’t go after them, but she will stand up for herself if she feels threatened. She doesn’t HAVE to have a new home. I love her dearly. It’s because of that love I want someone that can give her what I cannot - A consistent daily potty routine, lots of TIME, and A LOT of lap cuddles.

Meet Jerry, a lovable guy with a heart as big as his adorable eyes! Jerry is a goofy boy who is sure to bring joy and lots of laughs to your life. With his playful spirit and affectionate nature, he will be your loyal companion through life's adventures. Jerry was rescued from a hoarding situation with 20 dogs in an apartment. Because of this he is a little shy for the first day or 2 but after he warms up he thinks the best spot for him is in your lap! He is still learning the world so be a little patient with him but he will fill your life with lots of love. Jerry is about 2 yrs old and weighs 20 lbs. We don't know what breed he is but our best guess is some type of terrier mix and maybe chihuahua. He is great with other dogs and is crate trained. Jerry is located in Texas. His adoption fee is $195 local or $395 out of state with transport and includes current shots, microchip, neuter and negative heart worm test. I still fear vehicle sounds and find the outside world scary. My name is Spuds, but you can just call me “silly boy” because my foster Dad says I’m just a happy-go-lucky little dude. I LOVE playing in the yard, exploring the yard, just hanging out in the yard! In fact, sometimes my foster Dad has to make me come in! I have a cute, quiet bark to let you know it’s play time, potty time or hey! I’m hungry! I am short-haired, which means I will always look my most handsome with a bath and some brushing! And speaking of eating, I would like a cozy space of my own to eat in because I will steal the other dog’s food every chance I get. I guess you could say I’m a chow hound! Even though I’m an older boy, I still love to run and jump, and I walk great on a leash! AND… Hello! My name is Winnie, or Win for short. My foster Dad says whoever adopts Spuds and I will be the WINNER! I am VERY sweet and very cuddly, and will curl up in your arms as much as you will let me! But don’t let my hold me, please attitude fool you! I am quick on my feet and love to play with all the other dogs at my foster home. I must admit that yelling and strange, loud noises scare the heck out of me, so a quiet home would be perfect! And full disclosure, I have a heart murmur that requires me to take ½ a pill twice a day, but that murmur doesn’t slow me down at all! Tucker was surrendered in Oklahoma and was left with no options. When he arrived in Illinois we quickly learned that men were on his "naughty" list and that he may have had a harder first few years than we had hoped. Lucky for him he found an amazing foster mama who took him in and showed him a life of love and companionship. He is great with dogs and cats and crate trained. He can be a little naughty with potty if not watched but has gotten better every month he is here. He loves to lounge on the couch after a jaunt around the yard and will be your best side kick with his loyal nature. Tuckers ideal home would be similar to his fosters- an understanding mama ( no daddy please) with or without other dogs and cats, and no kiddos. Tucker has a lot of love and silly antics to share with the right family. Could it be yours ??
