Meet Ginger – A Tiny Treasure Looking for a Loving Home
Say hello to Ginger, a 5-year-old female Chihuahua with the most beautiful coloring and a heart just as lovely. Weighing in at just 7 pounds, she’s cute as a button and full of quiet charm.
Ginger is a gentle, sweet soul who’s still discovering the joys of being pampered. She’s a bit shy at first, but once she feels safe, she loves to snuggle up in her crate, wrapped in cozy blankets while her foster mom works nearby. She’s wonderfully quiet and hasn’t barked at all.
This little lady enjoys the outdoors and is doing great with leash training and potty routines—she’ll go outside like a champ but is also comfortable using puppy pads. Ginger gets along well with other dogs and would likely be fine with cats too. She even shares her space peacefully with a bunny in her foster home.
Toys and bones are still a new experience for her, but she’s slowly learning what it means to relax and have fun. With a patient, calm home, Ginger is sure to continue blossoming into the sweet companion she’s meant to be.
Ginger would thrive in a quiet home with a yard to explore and maybe some gentle doggy friends to keep her company.

Our standard adoption fee is $375 cash or check and $385 credit card ($10 processing fee). . It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping.
We must have an application, conduct a phone interview, and meet your entire family to approve an adoption. Applications will not be reviewed unless fully completed. An application does not commit you to adopting and does not guarantee adoption but does allow us to begin the review process.
