Story
Howdy there, folks! The name's Taz, but my pals like to call me Buckaroo. I'm a big, friendly 10-month-old pup, tipping the scales at a solid 60 pounds. I've got some puppy spirit in me, and boy, do I love to trot around like a wild horse, ready for adventure. Now, when it comes to my fellow canine companions, I'm as good as gold – no problems there. Kids over 12 are welcome to join the fun, but you see, I haven't quite realized my size yet. I'm just so excited to meet everyone, and I can't help but bound around like an overgrown puppy. Cats, you say? Well, I haven't met any of those mysterious creatures yet, but I'm one trainable fella. With some patience and guidance, I reckon I could learn the ropes and coexist just fine. Now, about my leash manners, well, I'm a work in progress. I get all excited and might pull a bit, but I'm learning this nifty trick called "heel." Treats, let me tell you, are the best motivation a pup like me could ask for. Yum! When it's time to catch some Z's, I might have a few minutes of husky howling in me, but then I'm as good as gold in my crate for up to 6 hours. House training? You betcha, I've got that down pat. I've got this boundless puppy energy, and I sure do love to stay active, both mentally and physically. Balls and squeaky toys are my jam, and I've got a knack for chewing on sticks, so make sure to provide me with some tasty alternatives. I'm a laid-back fellow too, you know. I enjoy lounging on my bed with my head hanging off, just taking in the world. So if you're ready for some wild adventures with a big-hearted, spirited Buckaroo, I'm your guy! I'm just waiting for the right home that'll give me all the love and fun I need to thrive. 🐾🐶🤠

Story
Double the fun this year, bring home Bubblegum! 💗 Meet Bubblegum, or Bubbles or Bubly- a beautiful french bulldog who's searching for a fellow winter admirer, but not a snow enjoy-erer! If you love watching the snow blow while bundled up inside? She's your girl! 🫂 Bubblegum is 3-years-old and about 25 pounds. She adores her furry foster siblings and loves a good game of tug-of-war with the pug! She also does great with her feline roommates as well. 🐱 She is an easy going gal who is as chill as a cucumber and enjoys the finer things in life. She enjoys a walk outside and is great on leash, She is house trained as long as she is taken out regularly. After a play she loves to be wrapped in a blanket for her nap - a bubblegum burrito if you will. 🌯 As mentioned above, the cold and snow is not on her list of favourite things. What are her fav things you ask? Toys, her blanket and sweet potato treats - yum yum! 🤩 Bubblegum has not been tested with kids. Medical Information Bubblegum has had a rough start to life. As we were trying to figure out her medical, as treatments weren't seeing improvement, we found out that she has mrsp along with other medical notes we will go over. She requires a medicated bath 1 to 2 x a week. Her dermatologist prescribed apoquel daily and citapoint injections monthly. She is also on a diet that is easier for her to break down in hopes of reducing the stress on her body. She also saw our Certified Surgeon to examine her leg as she came to us atrophied and walking oddly. Considering she was most likely a puppymill dog, it was probably an old injury that healed weirdly. He didn't feel surgery would benefit her at this time.

Story
Meet Rosie May, the gorgeous 5 year old english bulldog with an adorable personality that matches her truly affectionate nature. Weighing in at approximately 34 pounds and 12 inches tall at the shoulders, Rosie May is ready to meet and fall head over paws with her new family. 💗 Rosie May does well with other dogs and is very good with her initial introductions. She has been known to have selective taste with some dogs as she has been known to growl sometimes. At this time, Rosie May hasn't been around kids or cats so unsure how she would react around them. Rosie May enjoys her "walk" time and by walks, we mean meandering slowly, taking her time to stop and smell the roses. 🌹 She does well on leash and is happy with a slow walk around the block. Rosie May is good in her crate and enjoys her quiet time just resting and relaxing. Potty training is coming along but Rosie May does need regular access to outside so she doesn't have any accidents in the house. While she enjoys slow walks outdoors, Rosie May can get a serious case of the zoomies when she's super happy! It's a sight to behold. 😁 Rosie May loves food and one of her absolute favourite treats are bananas. 🍌 Whether she's cuddling or laying upside down on her human, Rosie May takes pleasure by just being near you as much as she can. ☺️ Rosie May is ready to cuddle her way into your heart and home. She's the perfect addition to any family. Apply today to meet Rosie May! ♥️

Story
Goldie, AKA Lapsy (you'll see why below), gets all the gold stars for being such a sweet, amazing girl who is working hard on being the best pup around. ⭐⭐⭐ Goldie is a female Chihuahua/Dachshund mix who weighs approximately 10lbs of love and sweetness. Goldie can't get enough of small and medium sized dogs. Goldie is as sweet as she is kind and while she can be nervous of loud areas, she would likely do well with older kids who are respectful of her and treat her like the princess she is. In return, she will reward them with love and lots of cuddles. ☺️ Goldie loves to play and chase so she would do well in a home without cats as she would probably chase them non-stop. Unless the cat likes that sort of relentless play..... 😂😂 Goldie is working hard on learning what a leash is all about. Because she's scared of loud and new areas, she is practicing regularly in the yard until she gains more confidence. A fenced yard would be best as this girl likes to chase 'lil critters. Goldie isn't a big fan of being crated but she gets to hang out in a gated area of the house when her foster family is out. She will sing the song of her people when you leave but that's just her way of getting you back home. 😁 Potty training is coming along nicely. Miss Goldie is pee pad trained and seeing her pack go outside to do their business has prompted her to learn to start going outside too. She is smart as she is cute! 😉 Goldie loves to jump into your lap for cuddles and snuggles. Hence her nickname "Lapsy"...you can always find her in someone's lap. ☺️ She loves her stuffies and keeps busy with her treat puzzles. Goldie can get a serious case of the zoomies whether she's inside or outside but she also loves her downtime just chilling out next to you. Her favourite spot will forever be in your lap or beside you in bed so make room for this little lovebug. Goldie has so much to offer and so much love to give. Apply today to meet Goldie. ⭐♥️⭐
