Standing tall and proud, Smarties has already grown to be a big dog, and he enjoys spending a significant amount of his time outdoors, exploring and taking in the world around him.We believe that Smarties' ideal home would be one with experienced owners who understand the unique needs of a Pyrenees and are committed to providing him with the training, structure, and socialization he requires. Due to his limited exposure to various environments, Smarties may initially feel overwhelmed by new experiences, people, and animals. Patient and consistent guidance from his adopters will be crucial in helping him gain confidence and develop into a well-rounded adult dog.While Smarties' socialization has been limited, he has shown glimpses of his sweet and playful nature. He has a loving heart and a gentle soul, and we believe that with the right guidance, he will flourish and become an affectionate and loyal member of the family. Smarties may benefit from gradual exposure to new people, animals, and experiences, ensuring that each introduction is positive and reinforcing positive associations. Since he has been with us, we have seen lots of improvement in this gentle giant. He likes to ease up to us for a good conversation and pets. When he wants our attention , we will feel a inquiring lick on the hand. Due to his age and specific needs, we recommend a home without very young children.
