Story
I love Hunni she was brought into a household that didn't know how to train dogs & was overall unprepared for her - & she was brought in with her sister too by my dad. I read books on dog training, & tried to step up, but I'm out of my depth with her. First, littermate syndrome meant her & her sister have to always be separated; second, there is no yard at the house & they're high energy - I started canicross but I do not have time to keep both satisfied. Third, our adult dog disciplined her a bit too roughly, & she's been reactive with her since. Fourth, she's also been attacked by a large cat several times, & now reacts to cats (she was raised with cats, though, so with work I've heard this is reversible!); lastly, she started reacting with new people. This is very new, & she never used to react & so I'm sure it's also reversible. I wish I could be the one to train her through these challenges, but I also know she would be much happier in a more experienced home.

Story
Meet Oreo 🤍🖤 At 7 years young and 120 pounds, this gentle Great Dane gal is serving up extra-large love with a cookies-and-cream twist. Oreo is mostly a professional couch potato, but don't let the chill vibe fool you — she still enjoys a nice walk and will occasionally surprise you with the most adorable, bouncy play jumps. Oreo is wonderful with medium to large dogs, though small pups aren't really her style. Because she's a big, strong lady, she'd shine with dog-savvy older kids who understand her size. She hasn't been tested with cats yet. She's fully house trained and can be trusted loose in the home like the polite queen she is. On leash, she walks beautifully, but she'll need someone comfortable handling a powerful dog. Crates aren't her favorite going in, but once she's settled, she's perfectly fine. People are Oreo's favorite thing in the whole world. Expect gentle nuzzles, soulful eyes, and the occasional insistence that your hands exist purely for petting her 🥰 Winning her heart is easy: chicken treats, bully sticks, and even a bit of cardboard will make you her hero. If you're looking for a loyal, low-key best friend with bursts of goofy charm and a whole lot of love to give, Oreo is ready to claim her spot on your couch ❤️

Story
Meet Snickers 🍫💗 — a sweet, soulful blind 4 year old French bulldog who's all about the cozy life. Snickers is a low-energy, calm girl who loves being with her people. She's wonderful with kids and needs to be an only dog in the home. She hasn't been tested with cats yet, but her easygoing nature suggests she'd likely be just fine. Despite being blind, Snickers is confident and unbothered by fast movements. She's still learning the ropes with leash walking, and does not love short strolls - she prefers to stay home. At night she sleeps soundly in her crate, and during the day she's getting better with a little reassurance. She's fully house trained, has no destructive habits, and comes with an adorable soundtrack of grunts, snores, and happy little noises 😴🐽. One of her favorite pastimes? Randomly sitting down to contemplate life — it's as cute as it sounds. Snickers isn't into toys, but treats are her love language 🍪 She adores snuggling, being handled, and soaking up affection from her humans. If you're looking for a gentle companion who will happily keep you company on the couch, Snickers might just be your perfect match 💕🐾 My adoption fee is $800.

Story
Say hello to Lou Lou Who, though we call him Louie for short. This 1-year-old, 6-pound Chinese Crested mix might be tiny, but he has a personality that fills the whole room and he is looking for his "chosen person"! He loves his naps (especially on the bed with his foster mom) and is a big fan of "slim" stuffed animals. When he wakes up, watch out for the zoomies! He is incredibly playful and full of energy. ⚡ Louie is a total sweetheart with some of the cutest quirks we've ever seen: ♥️The "Nose-Poke": Because his tongue doesn't go straight out of his mouth, he pokes you with his nose to give you "kisses". 🤗He is a loyal lap dog who loves napping with his foster mom. Louie is shy at first, but once he chooses you, he is loyal to the core. 🐕‍🦺He loves other dogs so much that he prefers to sleep right on top of his larger foster siblings rather than beside them. 🛏️He is a pro in his kennel and associates it with treats and mealtime. 🚶Louie is currently nervous on a leash and isn't a big fan of walks yet, though he will tolerate short ones. 🩺Important Update: Louie is currently on a medical hold. He has a damaged jaw, and we are working with our vets to diagnose the issue and ensure he gets the care he needs. Additionally, his house training is still a work in progress, so he'll need a patient family ready to help him learn the ropes. 🚽 Follow us for updates on his medical journey! 🐾 Of note: He is great around birds and shows no interest in them. His history with cats is currently unknown.

Story
Milo is a 4-year-old, 68 lb bulldog hunk with a heart as squishy as his face. This handsome boy is equal parts couch potato and loyal shadow — happiest when he's right by his people (preferably touching them). Milo is house-trained, crate-trained (his crate is his cozy safe space), and not much of a barker. He's low energy and perfectly content with one short walk a day followed by serious lounging time. 🛋️ If you're looking for a Netflix-and-nap partner who snores sweetly beside you… Milo is your guy. On leash, he's a champ! He does love meeting new people and may give an enthusiastic little tug to say hello — he just can't help himself. At home, he'll gently nudge you with his nose for attention, offer generous kisses, and proudly admire his own reflection like the star he is. ✨ Milo is selective with his dog friends and would likely do best with older kids due to his size and solid bulldog build. He hasn't been tested with cats. He doesn't chew (other than his toys)… though he does enjoy collecting shoes for fun — strictly fetch purposes, of course 👟 His favorite treats? Blueberries and peanut butter! 🫐🥜 If you're looking for a loyal, low-key best friend who loves deeply, lounges professionally, and will adore you forever, Milo is ready to wiggle his way into your heart. Milos adoption fee is $800

Story
Meet Sullivan 💙🐾 a lovable corgi–bully mix with a big heart and an even bigger cuddle game! Sullivan is 1 year old and 40 lbs, the perfect medium-sized companion. He plays well with other dogs with proper introductions and would do best in a home with older kids. He's a no-cats kind of guy, but when it comes to people, he's all in 🥰 Sullivan is fully housetrained, comfortable with daytime and overnight crating, and enjoys his daily walks. Sullivan isn't the dog for everyone, though his adorable face might suggest otherwise. He can be leash reactive and will need a home with someone experienced, or someone committed to continuing the work to help him improve and build confidence on leash. With a low-to-medium energy level, Sullivan is happy with about a 45-minute walk a day followed by lots of downtime. At home, he loves chewing on his toys, lounging on his dog bed, and soaking up all the affection. He truly enjoys being the centre of attention. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate companion and are willing to support Sullivan as he continues to grow, he has so much love to give and will be incredibly rewarding 🐶✨
