Story
This is Nebula, she is 3. Unfortunately we have been needing to rehome her for some time now.She is housed trained, crate trained, loves toys, very vocal, she knows sit, focus, touch, leave it, drop it, wait, stay, spin, down, crawl. We have birds so she is used to them they all tease each other, never been with a cat, very interested in reptiles, and our bunny. When we got her we ere told she is not good with small animals at all. She would be best as an only dog. If you are serious in taking her I would like to have a meet up to make sure it works before just giving her to you. She has a 48 in crate, collars, leashes, harness, bed, bowls, clothes and toys! Let me know if you are interested or have any questions!

Story
“Nova is a sweet 7-year-old Siberian Husky. She’s affectionate, loyal, and has a gentle personality for a Husky. Nova loves to swim and is happiest in the water. Her family is sadly separating and relocating, so we only have less than two weeks to find her a forever home. Please, someone help us find a good home for Nova—she deserves the best.”

Story
Meet Max a handsome black German Shepherd. Max is a well-trained boy who knows commands like sit, stay, place, and heel. He is both crate trained and trustworthy when left alone in the home, making him an easy companion in the right environment. Despite his strong, protective nature, Max is actually a bit of a “lazy bones” who enjoys relaxing and lounging around with his person. He is deeply loyal and naturally protective, forming strong bonds with his owner. Max can be shy when meeting new people and takes a little time to warm up, but once he trusts you, he is incredibly devoted. Max would do best as the only dog in the home, as he prefers not to share his space with other pets. While he has been around kids in the past, he would thrive most in an adult-only household where things are calm and predictable. Because of his temperament, he would also do best with an experienced German Shepherd owner who understands the breed and can provide confident leadership!

Story
Meet Grace! She is an active, 8 month Pitbull/Cur mix. I originally got her as a young puppy, and she has grown into a cute, energetic girl who loves to stay busy. She enjoys rope toys, chasing balls, and laying in the sand after she’s done playing. She has a lot of energy and would do well in a home that can give her regular exercise, structure, and attention. She is good with other dogs and wants to make friends, though she can be a little skittish at first. Once she feels comfortable, she warms up quickly. She’s smart, eager to learn, and enjoys practicing new tricks. She also has one smaller ear that makes her unique, caused by a light impact from her mom at birth. She is good with kids, but because she’s strong and still learning boundaries, she would do best in a home with teenagers or adults rather than young children. I’m looking for a safe, caring home where she can continue to grow, feel secure, and thrive, ASAP.

Story
Hi, I'm Tony! I'm a 1.5-year-old English Cocker Spaniel boy with a gorgeous black and tan coat and a whole lot of personality to match. I came to FCCR from a local animal shelter, and I am SO ready to find my forever person. Let's talk about my favorite hobby: carrying things. Tennis balls, rocks, whatever I can find — I love to have something in my mouth on my walks. I'll even fetch for you! Fair warning though: I'm not really into dropping it… but once I trust you, I'll let you take it right out of my mouth so you can throw it again. I am a certified Velcro Cocker, which means I want to be close to MY person at all times. I do best as the one and only dog in a home, OR with a calm, easygoing pup who understands the concept of personal space. If another dog tries to get between me and my person, I'm not a fan. I also like to eat my meals in peace — solo dining only, please! I can be protective of my food bowl, but I trust my person to handle it. I'm currently on medication to help manage my anxiety, and it's making a real difference. On walks I can get a little vocal around strangers and other dogs — I'm just working through my feelings! — and I'll need some patience and treat motivation around my crate. A little grooming sensitive too — I may need to be medicated to get through a grooming session. I'm looking for an experienced Cocker home with NO kids — someone who gets the Cocker-tude and loves us anyway. Story
Hi, I'm Bolto! Yeah, like the movie dog — and trust me, I live up to the name. I'm a two-year-old Chihuahua/Terrier mix with 17 pounds of pure personality, and I am HERE for adventure. Yes, I am a bit of an escape artist. That’s how I ended up here…but can you blame me? No one paid me any attention. Now that I'm with people who give me the love I deserve, I want to stick around and I want a family to stick close to! 🏡 But hey, an open door or gate can be tempting so my new family needs to be sure everything is always closed when I’m around. Now for more of the good stuff…I’m affectionate, loyal, brave, and just a little bit hilarious. I love a good game of fetch or tug-o-war — especially with a willing dog sidekick! Speaking of which, I'd really love a dog sibling to share my adventures with. I play hard and love harder, so I'd do best with older kids who can match my energy. A securely fenced yard is a must for this athletic boy. I'm still working on my leash manners and can get a little spooked by loud noises, so patience goes a long way with me. 🙏 I may already be housebroken, but I'll probably need a little refresher in a new home — no biggie! At the end of the day, you'll find me curled up on the couch and I will sleep there all night. Oh, and I will absolutely be your sous chef — stationed hopefully near the snacks. If you're looking for a funny, devoted best friend, I might just be your guy. Apply to adopt me using this adoption application link: https://tinyurl.com/FCCRadoptionapp Adoption fee: $295
