Meet Ace! **Ace** is a 2-year-old mixed-breed dog with a sweet personality and a heart full of love. If you're looking for a loyal companion who enjoys spending time with his people, Ace may be the perfect match! About Ace 🐾 **2 years old** 🐾 **Mixed breed** 🐾 **Crate trained** 🐾 **House trained** 🐾 **Quiet and well-mannered** 🐾 **Very affectionate and loves to cuddle** 🐾 **Currently learning doorway manners** 🐾 **Neutral and relaxed in most environments he's encountered** 🐾 **Gets along well with other dogs** 🐾 **Takes treats and food gently from your hand** 🐾 **No food or toy aggression** Ace is an incredibly sweet boy who enjoys being close to his people. We've been hand-feeding him to help build confidence and positive associations with handling, and he has been doing wonderfully. Things to Know Ace does have some prey drive toward rabbits and squirrels. However, he has been fine around deer and other larger animals. He is easily redirected, and we're actively working with him to continue improving in this area. Ace's Ideal Home Ace would thrive in a loving home that will continue his training, provide plenty of affection, and enjoy having a devoted companion by their side. He is eager to please, loves attention, and is ready to find a family of his own. **If you're looking for a gentle, affectionate, and well-behaved best friend, Ace is ready to meet you!** ❤️🐾

Story
Howdy Partner! Looking for a bunkmate? Well city-slicker it's your lucky day cuz I am too! They call me "Cowboy" and I am da stuff real Cowboy movies are made from. I am gritty and tough-looking and, if I may add, devilishly handsome. I am da "John Wayne" of my breed. Now, calm down, before you say "yes", let me tell you about some of MY rules as a new bunkmate: I DONT: Drive, so you will have to drive me to all da dog parks, to da doctors and to all da special fun places. Work, so expect to see me on da couch watching TV or sleeping while you're paying da bills. Cook, so I will expect my chow rustled up and served to me daily. Clean, so if accidently make any messes, you be expected to clean up after me wid no yapping. And finally, I don't particularly like other yappers/dogs and small Hoomans/kids, so I will expect to be da only furball in your life and bunkhouse. (Hey, most cowboys ARE loners) I Will: Pull you all over da yard during walkies if you're not a strong and experienced Hooman. I am a very strong Cowboy! Play wid you in the back yard all day if you toss dat round plastic thingy in da air, dat is my favorite thing to do. I will love you unconditionally as only a dog can do, I will protect you wid all I have and be your forever side-kick; ready to roll when you are. So, what do you think? You want a real "Cowboy" in your life? Come down, bring your posse and rescue me. I will be waiting wid my saddlebag and my chow bowl to ride off into the sunset wid you. Adios and will see you soon Partner!

Story
Meet Harley 🐾🤍 Harley is a strong-minded, intelligent, and independent girl who knows exactly what she needs to feel safe and happy. She’s house-trained, very smart, and thrives best as the only pet in an adult-only home, where she can enjoy calm, consistency, and her own space. Harley does best in a quiet, low-stress environment and will need time and patience to build trust with the people around her. Once that trust is earned, her sweet nature shines through in gentle, meaningful ways. She’s not looking for chaos or crowds—just peace, security, and a person who understands her boundaries. For the right home, Harley will be a deeply loyal companion who appreciates stability, routine, and mutual respect. If you’re someone who values a calm connection and can offer a safe, predictable space, Harley may be the perfect match waiting for you 💙

Story
Blakey is a small black Chihuahua mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart — once you've earned his trust. He's goofy, affectionate, and absolutely devoted to his person, which makes him a truly wonderful companion for the right home. Blakey loves lap time, leashed walks, and making you laugh with his silly antics. He's a loyal little guy who will happily stick by your side and soak up every moment of your attention. That devotion also means he takes his role as your protector very seriously — he can be vocal and is known to resource guard his bed, so he'll need a patient adopter who understands small dog behavior and can work with him using positive, consistent guidance. Even once Blakey loves you, he'll always be honest about how he's feeling. If something bothers him, he won't hesitate to let you know — through his voice or a warning nip. He communicates clearly and on his own terms, and an adopter who respects those signals and responds with patience rather than force will get the very best out of him. Blakey isn't the type to warm up instantly — he needs time to feel comfortable in a new environment, and that's completely okay. With the right person, he blossoms into the sweet, funny, loving dog he truly is. If you have experience with small dogs and the patience to let him settle in on his own terms, Blakey just might be your new best friend.

Story
Meet Penny 🐶 Penny is a 6-year-old girl who is fully house-trained and looking for a calm, committed home where she can be the center of attention. She prefers to be the only pet and does best when she doesn’t have to share her space. In kennel settings, Penny struggles with barrier reactivity and can come across as intense at first — lots of barking and growling — but this is all fear-based. Given time, patience, and a gentle approach, Penny completely transforms. Once she warms up, she is incredibly affectionate, loyal, and deeply devoted to her person. She is very treat-motivated and eager to please. Treats are the quickest way to her heart — one moment she’s unsure, the next she’s sitting politely with the softest puppy eyes you’ve ever seen. She also loves a good butt scratch once she’s comfortable. Penny is looking for someone willing to go slow, earn her trust, and see past first impressions. For the person who puts in the effort, Penny will be an unbelievably sweet and loving companion.
