Story
Very sweet girl. We got her from Lee County a few months ago. We recently had a change in management at our apartment complex and were told that husky is a restricted breed unless they are a service dog. She is good with other dogs and has the sweetest temperament. She knows commands like sits, down, speak and shake(hand shake)

Story
Huck is a good boy, needs lots of space to run and play. He has outgrown our home, and is not travel friendly, which we do a lot of. He is submissive yet protective, and we would love for him to be rehomed with his brother River, if possible. They are from the same litter and have been inseparable since. We are looking for a large fenced yard for them, this is a requirement. Some basic training would be beneficial to them. They are very smart but still in the puppy stage. They are great with kids, so preferably a local family who is looking for a couple of fun loving pups and would be willing to keep in touch!

Story
River is a sweet boy, lover and hugger. Needs lots of space to run and play. Has outgrown our home so unfortunately we need to find him a new home. He has a brother Huck as well from the same litter and we would like for them to be rehomed together if possible, but willing to do it separately. We are looking for a large fenced yard for them, this is a requirement. Some basic training would be beneficial to them. They are very smart but still in the puppy stage. They are great with kids, so preferably a local family who is looking for a couple of fun loving pups and would be willing to keep in touch!

American Pit Bull Terrier

(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)

Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Gunner belonged to my late mother, and after her passing last year, I took him in to honor her memory. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I am no longer able to keep him. Here’s a bit more about Gunner: Age: 8 years old Breed: Pit bull (neutered and microchipped) Personality: Gunner is incredibly affectionate and loves to be cuddled and petted. He’s very gentle with children and tolerates cats well, having lived with six of them for the past year. Hobbies: He enjoys swimming and is generally a happy and playful dog. Training: He is fully house-trained, with no accidents indoors, and responds well to commands. He’s been trained not to bark excessively and walks nicely on a leash. Dog Socialization: Unfortunately, Gunner doesn’t get along well with other male dogs and can show some food aggression around other animals, so I believe he would thrive best as the only dog in the household.

Shiba Inu

Fort Myers, FL
Size
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Details
Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained,
Story
It is with a heavy heart that I write this but with two children under three, I have to find Drake a new home. He is not friendly with small children l. Drake is 15 pounds and is four years old. I have had him since he was only a few months old prior to a surprise pregnancy. Drake needs a child free home and a family that can dedicate time to him. He is independent but loyal and is playful. Simply put he is not good with kids and after a few nips, I fear he will eventually bite one of the kids. It is only fair to him to find him a home that is better suited.

Frankie

French Bulldog

Female, Adult
Fort Myers, FL
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
I found Frankie in 2023 in the Everglades. She was found with a small pitbull/weiner dog mix, who my friend kept. he’s a good boy! But Frankie has reactivity issues with dogs and cats, and i’m assuming every animal. She lunges and barks, and even went after a dog once on a walk. It was very aggressive. My living situation has become tough, because I can’t afford to live on my own with her, and my roommates both will have cats next year. She will 100% hurt them if we live together. I don’t want to let her go, because other than her aggression towards other animals, she is the sweetest dog i’ve ever had. She loves to cuddle, wants to be close to you all the time, and is my best friend. She really deserves more than having to be locked in a crate while cats get to roam, causing her stress to be a lot worse. I’ve tried working with her on this behavior and I have had no luck. I have had her for almost 2 years and she is honestly one of the best dogs i’ve had the chance of loving.
