Story
Meet Lola 💕 Lola is a sweet, sensitive girl who loves being close to her person and will quickly become your little shadow. She’s very affectionate and just wants to feel safe and loved. Lola is currently dealing with anxiety and an ear infection that will need continued care. She has a hard time being left alone for long periods and may have accidents or try to escape when she’s stressed, so she would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time and can give her patience and consistency. This is a very hard decision, but I am a single mom who works long hours and can’t be home enough to meet her needs. I’m also not able to afford the vet care she needs right now. I want to find Lola a home where she can get the attention, stability, and medical care she deserves. She has so much love to give and will make a loyal companion for the right person willing to give her time and support 🐾

Story
Since moving to a new home, I’ve noticed a significant change in Dakota’s behavior and overall demeanor. She has become more territorial and has nipped at a couple of people. One incident occurred when my son came over to dog sit, and another happened during a grooming/boarding visit. She also becomes extremely reactive when she sees my grandson through the fence, barking excessively and seeming unable to settle down. On one occasion, she wrapped her leash around me and tangled my legs to the point that I was nearly injured. I work long hours and frequently babysit my grandchildren in my home, so I’m increasingly concerned about their safety with Dakota around. We’ve tried increasing her exercise, but unfortunately, it hasn’t made a noticeable difference in her behavior.

Story
Dakota birthday is April 13th, 2020. She is not spade but up to date on all vaccination. Over the last several months she is just getting to much for me to handle, with working more and now recently having to commute to work. She is very smart but just needs someone that will be able to dedicate the time to allow her to run off all her energy.

Story
Jack is a senior dog, aged somewhere around 10-12 years old. He lived alone with his owner until his owner had a bad fall, and can no longer return home. Jack likes playing fetch, barking at squirrels, but mostly being in the same room as someone enjoying a snooze on whatever furniture he can get on. Likes back pets. Is a master at those dog puzzles that hide the treats in them. He's been a solitary dog for most of his life but is currently being fostered in a home with other dogs and thriving. He was adopted about a decade ago from a rescue, as a dog who had been neglected and abused at the start of his life. He’s had a lot of training to work through his trauma, but he is still a little timid at first before he quickly warms up… especially when treats are offered!

Jack is a little over a year old. He is a wonderful dog, very loving and gentle. He made dog number 4 and is too much for me. He gets along with the other 3 dogs and is great with my grandchildren. He is very loyal and loves his humans. He sleeps all night and loves his dog bed.

Story
Milo is an approximately 5 years old rescue cattle dog mix from the east coast. Due to the international relocation of his human to a situation which is not able to accommodate him, he is looking for a new home with patience and love. He is very well trained with an expansive panel of functional and just-for-fun tricks and underwent a significant degree of service training, but due to his insecurity in public did not make it to full-time work. As a nervous herding breed, Milo would not do well in a home with children or free-roaming small animals. Milo is selective about his fellow canine friends and previously showed mild resource guarding but was able to work through it while in a multidog house for a short period of time. Milo is looking for a home with someone who can provide him with daily enrichment and physical activity, and who will be patient with him as he adjusts to this large change and learns to trust and love them as he has with his human for the last several years.
