Story
Tippy is a handsome, healthy, and friendly deaf Border Collie mix. To know Tippy, is to love him. He will thrive as a part of an attentive home environment with a safe and suitable area for Tippy to exercise. Preferably a secure fenced in yard where he can play fetch, his passion. And never off leash in public of course as he is deaf. I adopted Tippy from a rescue that is no longer functioning. So I am looking to place him on my own. The reason that I’m rehoming Tippy is that I have recently retired and I’m moving out of state soon. As a result , I’m unable to take Tippy with me. He’s house trained, kennel trained and Tippy really loves car rides! He’s incredibly observant! He has not had leash training but generally does well on a leash in my experience with him. Tippy knows hand signals and will watch you and your hands for direction. Tippy is up to date on vaccines and preventatives. He just had his teeth cleaned also. Thank you very much…

Story
Duke is a neutered 5-year-old, 90-lbs. German Shepherd Dog looking for a new home! Duke is loving, enjoys meeting new people, and he gets along with small dogs well. Duke always thinks of a new person as a new friend. He’s stayed at Crossroads Grooming and Boarding and the Dog Den in Urbana-Champaign. He has played well with other dogs during daycare and extended stays. Duke follows the commands of touch, sit, stay, roll over, and leave it. Duke needs a new home because I live in an apartment building and he is vocal and reactive to driving cars, leashed dogs, and squirrels. He is energetic and needs lots of human attention to avoid excessive barking and reactivity. He is an affectionate companion, and I hope to find a new family who can support the lovely Duke. Duke has an adoption fee of $150. Please send at least 2 character references.

Story
Are you ready to meet your one and only "Man's best friend"? Come on by and say hi to Leonardo! Leo is a very affectionate boy, and smart as a whip. He was bottle raised, and boy does he love people due to that! Leo does have to be the only dog, but trust us when we say he has the affection to make up for it. He'd love to be at your side and with you every step of the way. He has lived with both cats and kids in the past, and done great with both! He's currently working on regrowing his hair from an allergy breakout, and getting more handsome by the day. Don't hesitate to stop in and say hello to him!
