Buddy is a handsome 2-year-old red heeler. He is an owner surrender. The family tells us his mother is a blue heeler and his father is a red heeler. Buddy has always lived indoors with his family, which includes young children. He is very mild mannered and patient, and very good with the children. The parents are divorcing, and the father surrendered Buddy because he could not afford to feed him and care for him. It is clear that Buddy was loved. We would like to have him continue to be an indoor family pet, which is the life he is used to. He will need exercise though and would benefit from a fenced yard to keep him safe. Buddy is completely housebroken, and will go to the door and bark to let his family know he needs to go out. Buddy has been neutered, has been dewormed, has tested negative for heartworm and is up to date on his shots.
