Meet Stormi ☁️🐶 Stormi is a 6-week-old French Bulldog/Pit Bull mix with a bright mind and a big future ahead of her. She’s still very young and currently nursing with her mom, so she cannot go into a foster home until she is at least 8 weeks old and fully weaned. Once she reaches that milestone and completes her vetting, she’ll be ready to begin her journey outside the shelter. We are now seeking foster or foster-to-adopt homes lined up for when she becomes eligible, so she can transition directly from the shelter into a loving home environment. This is especially important for Stormi, as a home setting is ideal for starting gentle routines, socialization, and basic obedience skills that puppies learn best outside of a shelter. Stormi is already showing signs of being smart, curious, and eager to learn, and with patience and positive reinforcement, she’s going to grow into a wonderful companion. If you’re interested in fostering or fostering-to-adopt Stormi once she turns 8 weeks old, you’d be giving her an incredible start in life. 🐾💙

Meet Zeus – Your Gentle Giant 💙 Zeus is a handsome, extra-large Mastiff mix (possibly with some wirehair flair!) who’s patiently waiting to find his forever home. Weighing in at a big 96 lbs, Zeus may look imposing, but he’s truly a gentle giant with a soft heart and a happy-go-lucky personality that shines once he feels comfortable. Zeus is a sweetheart who loves his people, enjoys going for nice walks, and is always up for snuggling with his favorite humans. He can be a bit shy around men at first, as shared by his previous owner, but with patience and kindness he warms up and shows just how loving he really is. He has a great training foundation and is eager to please. Zeus knows sit, down, and come, is kennel trained, and house trained. Staff say he is well-mannered and has a great start with obedience, though he’s still learning his size and may jump occasionally. Continued training and positive reinforcement will help him keep growing into the polite gentleman we know he can be. Zeus does have a sensitive stomach, so a special diet is a must to keep his tummy happy. He is also a chewer, so providing appropriate chew toys will be important to help him stay entertained and make good choices. He gets along well with other dogs, while his compatibility with cats is currently unknown. 📅 Please note: Zeus will not be available for adoption until after 01/28/26, but he is worth the wait! If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a big heart, a playful spirit, and lots of love to give, Zeus could be the perfect addition to your family. 🐾
