Story
Hi, Gypsy just turned 1 on May 20. She is a very energetic dog who needs lots of room to roam. Gypsy was rehome to us at 6 months because her original family had too many dogs and Gypsy wasn’t socialized around humans. It will take a patient person to continue her socialization. She loves attention and snuggles, but she is big. She only jumps when really excited to see her humans, so can easily topple a little one. She doesn’t have a record of bad behavior and gets along great with our Yorkshire Terrier. She has never been around cats. If you think she would be a good fit for you please let us know why.

Story
I am MOJO, a 2.5 year old AKC (Limited) German Shepard. I am eager to learn, eager to please, and always ready to play. I love to run and explore, so a privacy fenced-in yard is a must. I love to chase all things small, so a cat-free home is needed. I would do best as a only fur-child, I do not like to share attention. I have all the energy in the world and would love to find an owner that can keep up with me and take me on walks/hikes/runs /swims, etc. I am good with children, however, I do not realize my size. I would prefer older children that I won't knock down when I turn quickly or run by. My owners are heartbroken, but they know that I am not tbut they know that I am not thriving and deserve to have someone who can match my energy. I am crate trained, chipped, neutered, and up to date with all my vaccines. I do have sensensitive skin, so a sensitive skin food brand will be required to make sure I don't break out. Meet & Greet, and Vet Reference Required.

Story
Say hi to Luna! Luna is an adorable smooth fox terrier mix who is approximately 4-1/2 years old & was sadly bounced around a fair amount at a young age. She currently weighs about 35 lbs, is tall & wiry, & boy can she jump! This little gal can jump five to six feet in the air from a stand still, & she is also extremely fast! We think Miss Luna would make a great agility dog if someone was willing to put in the time to work with her. Still a youngster, she is very playful, full of energy & smart as a whip! Luna loves spending time in the yard, running & playing both with the other dogs & by herself. She has a great time playing ball all by herself at times! Luna is a very sweet girl who loves everybody, especially kids! She also gets along well with other dogs. She is not a dominant personality, but is also not super submissive; she falls pretty solidly in between & easily submitted to our pack elders, but she isn’t afraid to correct a dog she thinks isn’t acting right! Luna is food motivated & LOVES treats! She is housebroken, crate-trained, & good on leash. She is also fully vetted (spayed, de-wormed, heartworm negative, up-to-date on all vaccinations) including microchip with lifetime registration. This silly, affectionate little girl is sooo ready for her forever home after being in our rescue for over three years for no good reason! A securely fenced yard & a young playful sibling are required for Luna’s adoption. Adoption fee is $150. Verbal interview, home check, vet reference & adoption contract required.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Say hello to Valor! I can't say how many German shepherds we've rescued, worked with and placed over the years, but I can say that Valor is probably the most well-balanced GSD we've been asked to help. And he's a stud to boot! This hunk recently turned four years old, is good on leash, house trained, crate trained, has good basic obedience, good with kids and cats, and good with most other dogs. He isn't a big fan of other male dogs his size and larger, but he's good with smaller male dogs and females. Valor is a typical GSD, needing lots of exercise and stimulation. He needs an active home with a good-sized fenced yard and a playful dog sibling. He's a fully vetted, healthy boy and weighs around 75 lbs currently. Adoption fee is $200. Verbal interview, vet reference, home check and adoption contract are required. And yes, that adorable flipped-back ear is like that all the time! Valor is located in Springfield, MO and we’d prefer to place him within about an hour's drive but will consider a family outside that area if the perfect home!

Needs experienced adopter, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
I adopted him as a puppy at 3 months old from a professional breeder who only specializes in GSDs. He was born in January 9th in 2021 so he is almost about 2 years old. He has just finished his second year of new vaccines in advance and I also renewed his annual dog park pass at Dog Cruse park in Springfield. He LOVES freesbee and fetch. He does not really play or does chase with other dogs because he just so loves playing with you. 90% of time he will focus on you at the park. He has been taught walking right beside you(your left side). When he gets distracted sometimes he is easily responded back. Like all GADs, he is also very protective of home but he is the sweetest and funniest boy at home with family. He is very gentle with my newborn baby as well. He is very confident, athletic, healthy and lovely boy. I truly need someone or a family who can give their time to play with him and walk with him and just make him part of your loving home.

Story
Annie is a 76lbs bloodhound mix. We don't know how old she is but she is probably between 1 and 2 years old. Annie is a high energy dog who needs an active family. She is very affectionate. She would be best with other high energy dogs. She prefers to chase and wrestle. She likes to tug, fetch and chew on bones. We don't know how she would react to cats. Annie is a rescue that came to us sick, very underweight and in heat. She has been brought back to health and spayed. She does have some resource guarding behaviors we have been working with her on. As long as she is fed separately from other dogs and has her own place to chew on bones she is doesn't have any issues. Please ask me anything about her.
