33lbs. 2.5 years old. She was rescued from the streets of San Antonio and has become a very well mannered indoor dog. Her caretaker is now in bad health and can no longer care for her. She is eager to learn and has progressed rapidly with the positive reinforcement training she has received. She loves the ball and will even toss the ball back to you although not always accurately. She would do great in an active family or someone who loves to engage training activities. Good energy but no over the top, she knows how to settle down as long as she gets some exercise. She has been in great health and we hope to find her a new caretaker(s) to welcome her as a indoor forever family member.

Shyla here! I am a 7-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix. I'm a very active and adventurous girl! I absolutely LOVE playing in the backyard and going on lots of walks. Laying in the sunshine is my favorite place to be! A backyard would be a huge bonus for me in my future home. I would love to be your one and only baby so I can receive all your attention! I promise I have lots of love to give. I enjoy my pals here at the Humane Society, but I am so ready for my forever home! Can you help me find one? People walk by my kennel every day but don't give me a chance... please meet me outside my kennel, and you'll see I'm a good girl with a a huge heart!
