Story
Duke is 7 years old and we have had him since he was a puppy. He is house broken and prefers to be inside. I don't think he would do well with cats, but everything else he is fine. We have 4 children and he loves them all. We are having to move and Duke is too big for our new home. His companion Daisy (female Great Pyrenees) was rehomed this week so I am sure he would like to be with another companion dog.

Story
We bought when she was a few weeks old. She is VERY loveable and playful. She is not totally house trained due to owner unable to walk her or take her out as necessary. She does pee outside. It's pooping that is unpredictable. With consistent training, she would be fine. She passed the first level of obedience training at Petco. She loves to play with our chihuahua. (But the chi is not too fond of it) Lady is smart and very trainable. She is kennel trained and loves to go to her kennel to nap. Owners' health is not permitting us to continue caring for her like she needs.

Story
Say hi to Luna! Luna is an adorable smooth fox terrier mix who is approximately 4-1/2 years old & was sadly bounced around a fair amount at a young age. She currently weighs about 35 lbs, is tall & wiry, & boy can she jump! This little gal can jump five to six feet in the air from a stand still, & she is also extremely fast! We think Miss Luna would make a great agility dog if someone was willing to put in the time to work with her. Still a youngster, she is very playful, full of energy & smart as a whip! Luna loves spending time in the yard, running & playing both with the other dogs & by herself. She has a great time playing ball all by herself at times! Luna is a very sweet girl who loves everybody, especially kids! She also gets along well with other dogs. She is not a dominant personality, but is also not super submissive; she falls pretty solidly in between & easily submitted to our pack elders, but she isn’t afraid to correct a dog she thinks isn’t acting right! Luna is food motivated & LOVES treats! She is housebroken, crate-trained, & good on leash. She is also fully vetted (spayed, de-wormed, heartworm negative, up-to-date on all vaccinations) including microchip with lifetime registration. This silly, affectionate little girl is sooo ready for her forever home after being in our rescue for over three years for no good reason! A securely fenced yard & a young playful sibling are required for Luna’s adoption. Adoption fee is $150. Verbal interview, home check, vet reference & adoption contract required.

Story
I found her as a stray in April of 2023. The vet says she is 1-2 years old. She is not fixed. She’s house trained. I’m not sure if she is kennel trained, I keep her in the fenced in yard while I’m at work. She loves it out there. She’s very laid back, she gets very excited around cats and acts like she wants to play with them. She doesn’t seem aggressive towards them but they don’t want anything to do with her. So I’m not sure how gentle she is with them. She DOES NOT do well around other dogs. I’ve tried her with multiple dogs and she starts a fight every time. Ive had her around a few kids for short periods of time. She seems fine around them. She does like to jump up on people and isn’t very good on a leash. She’s super sweet and loves to be loved. She would be perfect as a single dog household.

Story
I found Whiskey and his 9 siblings on a very busy road in the country, talked around to neighbors and found the “owners” who were just feeding them but not keeping them contained. So, I rescued the whole litter and working on getting them all UTD on vaccinations, spay/neuter, wellness exam, heartworm neg. and microchipped. Every single one of the pups are SO SO sweet and docile! They are all living in my backyard with adequate shelter during this time. Looking for rescue or direct adoption.

Story
Needing urgent rehoming!! I am moving on 2/10 and can't take my sweet boy with me. Daxter is 2 years old this month and weighs about 100lbs! He is very hyper and playful! He usually loves to play with other dogs and has even lived with another dog while a friend stayed with us for about 2 months; they were instantly best friends. Daxter is easy to train and very smart. Daxter needs a home with someone who will often be there to give him attention and play. He has a lot of energy and needs lots of exercise. He loves walks, hiking, and swimming. He is not great with cats; although he doesn't hurt them he does like to chase them (he currently lives with two cats and he has always been safe with them!) Daxter does well with teens but has never been around younger kids and it is uncertain how he would react. I love Daxter very much and it is with a heavy heart I search for a new home for him, he deserves the best!
